“It's Chick-fil-A.. what more can really be said? (IYKYK) Chick fila is THE ONLY fat food drive through food establishment that I frequent. once you have the chick fila drive through expierence, interacting with their wonderfully mannered, thoughtful, and polite staff who always are wearing an infectious smile ? I will not go to another Mcds or BK ever again. I would rather leave the drive through with a smile rather them insulted, ticked off, with the wrong or incomplete order. and always that thought in your mind, if they are that rude to your face.. imagine how they handled my food?
I've never had a bad experience at chick fila, the only problem is when we use drive through to take home with us and the food runs out! My kids get pumped whenever chick filas mentioned! and the toys that come in the happy meals are always really cool and well thought.

Parking: Chick-A-fila is ALWAYS packed and busy, the wait times for good are never long, but it can be difficult to navigate the parking lots and find a spot.

Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly. kids play area. they also have an employee who walks around handing out free ice cream cones to all the kids that are dining in. I have also seen them handing out ice cream cones to kids waiting in the drive though lines.

“I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

“This is, hands down, the best chicken sandwich I've had anywhere. It's also one of the best sandwiches I've had anywhere. The spice is great and the flavor is out of this world. the portion sizes are great and the chicken is fried to perfection. That's not even mentioning the crispy waffle fries that put all others to shame. Don't eat here if you want to enjoy chicken sandwiches elsewhere. once you have a chicken sando at Hangry Joe's, everything else seems mediocre by comparison.“

“This was my first visit to Raising Cane's. I was unexpectedly surprised. I have been to other chicken finger restaurants that were a complete let down. I walked into Cane's expecting to be disappointed, but everything was seasoned and cooked well. The sauce was fairly mid, but the chicken and fries would've been fine without. “Another nice chic fil a location. Quick service and hot food. A nice dining room to eat in. Two lanes for drive through and mobile through, the latter being very convenient and novel. A drive through lane dedicated to picking up mobile orders. Also great for delivery drivers. Had catering done from here as well, it was really easy, quick turn around and the manager that helped me was great.

“Who doesn’t love good Fried chicken? It’s what Popeyes Louisiana kitchen is known for. And that chicken sandwich people tend to go crazy for! Which I have yet to try. And the guy behind the counter was nice enough to give us an extra thigh in place of the drum, ? because on Tuesday, you get a thigh and a drum for $2.99. They were hot, spicy crispy, and crunchy but, I will have to say, I was very disappointed in the size of the chicken thighs. These things were so small. It was basically done in 1 to 2 bites. Like the size of a smashed golf ball. I remember, Before they used to be nice and meaty, good and worth what you paid for. It would take us a while to eat a few. But I was very disappointed this time.
Okay! Next time, I will change my review if the chicken isn’t so small. And don’t get me wrong. I understand Restaurant business! Sometimes you get what you get when you order chicken, one week the thighs are big! Next week the chicken pieces are small. Same thing happens at Domino’s Pizza when we get chicken wings. I love their baked chicken wings. Some weeks they would be huge and some weeks they would be very small, so I’m not holding this against Louisiana Kitchen personally, because I’m a chef and all, but they definitely gotta get some bigger chicken in there.

“I would say their chicken quality is very good. I visit this place whenever I visit Arundel MilIs with my family. I know I have to wait a bit because this place is very busy. Nevertheless I like this place because I’ve never seen any old and dry chicken piece from their family packs. It is very common that Popeyes stores put one or two old and dry pieces in their family packs. I don’t think the employee are very kind, but I still like their freshly fried chicken.“
