“Not sure why some of the negative reviews. I went to drive thru this afternoon and the staff was incredibly kind. Even informed me that the old school bbq sauce was back and ofc I had to get it for my hot wings! While they were out of wedges they made up for it with their incredible customer service.“

“I tried their food for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation of a new employee at my place of work. I was absolutely shocked by how delicious the sandwich was. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the rooster sauce was dynamite! After lunch, I recommended it to another coworker who then also ordered it for lunch and tried it for the first time. She said she had the same experience I had- life changing! If you’re looking for a chicken sandwich, this is the place to go!“

“My bf and I have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally stopped by a few nights ago. We weren’t even sure it was open because it was so empty.

We walked in and were greeted by the friendliest guy at the register. The place was spotless with the neatest ambiance/ decor.

We both got the meal with the slider and chicken tender. Those chicken tenders were GIGANTIC. I ended up eating the slider, which was the size of a full size sandwich and fries and took the tender (on toast) home for later. The fries were so crunchy and the chicken had great flavor. I got the extra hot which wasn’t too spicy. My bf got regular hot. We both enjoyed it and will be back. They also gave lots of pickes and Dave’s sauce which was also super yummy. 😋“

“This is, hands down, the best chicken sandwich I've had anywhere. It's also one of the best sandwiches I've had anywhere. The spice is great and the flavor is out of this world. the portion sizes are great and the chicken is fried to perfection. That's not even mentioning the crispy waffle fries that put all others to shame. Don't eat here if you want to enjoy chicken sandwiches elsewhere. once you have a chicken sando at Hangry Joe's, everything else seems mediocre by comparison.“

“We always use curbside pickup via the app, sometimes Crofton, Gambrills, Severna Park and sometimes Severn. (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. She’s always prompt and so kind and our order is always perfect. She definitely deserves recognition.“

“I was one of the naysayers. Like seriously, who needs another chicken finger place??
Well I'm a believer. After waiting until the crowd circling the entire building calmed down after the grand opening, I tried these chicken strips. Unbelievable! Every single time I've been there the chicken is juicy. The breading is crispy but not too heavy but not too light, and they make their sauce EVERY DAY 🤯
So ridiculously good. I am now a believer.“

“I used to go to Cluck-U when I was on the road for work. A co-worker introduced me to it in 2010, and over the next 5 years I would periodically stop and grab lunch whenever I was in the area of one. There was a location in Annapolis, and one I think in Edgwater at a BP gas station. But both those places have been closed for a long time. The other place that I would go was this location, in Odenton, across from Forte Meade. So recently I got a craving, and I decided to make the trip. Now I've probably only been to Cluck-U maybe 15-20 times. It's probably been 10 years since I've been there. And I always get the same thing: the boneless buffalo wings (which are really just chicken tenders with sauce) and an order of honey bees. And let me tell you, they were just as good this time as the last time that I had them. I just really like the way that they prepare the chicken, the size of the chicken, how long they cook the chicken, the flavor of the sauce (I prefer the mild barbeque), and the quantity of the sauce that they give you. I'm somewhat of a chicken/wing/bbq critic, and these pass the test. I just can't get enough of them. And the honey bees were just as good and fresh as I remember them. The food was an A+.

Now the ambience of the store isn't going to win any awards. It is what it is. It looks just like it did the last time I was there a decade ago, except the corny Cluck-U artwork that's on the walls has faded due to time. And frankly the overall smell of the store isn't the best. And the TV wasn't even on. And nobody was inside eating. But I didn't go there to eat inside, or watch TV, or smells the smells. I went there to get the chicken that I remember being so good, and it was still good, and I'm glad that I went.“

“I wasn’t even the customer, but I had to leave a review because Christy F.’s customer service was THAT good. I overheard her helping my brother in law over the phone, and she was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional the entire time. You could hear how much she genuinely cared about making sure the customer was taken care of. That level of service is rare these days, and it really stood out to me. Slim Chickens is lucky to have her she made a great impression without even serving me directly! Now I’m coming to this location just for Christy F.!“

“Another nice chic fil a location. Quick service and hot food. A nice dining room to eat in. Two lanes for drive through and mobile through, the latter being very convenient and novel. A drive through lane dedicated to picking up mobile orders. Also great for delivery drivers. Had catering done from here as well, it was really easy, quick turn around and the manager that helped me was great.

“I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

“Hangry Joe’s has been one of our absolute go-to spots for chicken. Over the years, we’ve seen plenty of places raise prices and shrink portions, but Hangry Joe’s has stayed true — big, meaty chicken and flavor that hits every note.

When we saw a new location open closer to home, we had to check it out. It was refreshing to find that nothing’s changed: the chicken is still juicy, the breading perfectly crisp, and that sauce — the perfect balance of heat, sweetness, and spice.

There’s not much more to say except that consistency is a rare thing in the fried chicken world, and Hangry Joe’s still delivers. Wishing this new spot every success — they’ve earned it. Five stars. 🐓“

“I went and ordered a 5 piece tender spicy with red beans and rice and the cashier who took my order was Eddy, this was probably the most I nicest exchange I’ve had with fast food. All the employees were sweet and helped with what I needed, they were very quick too wi th the food and the lobby was very clean, I ate inside so it was very pleasant to eat somewhere comfortable and clean.
