“We visited today for my son’s birthday. We had a large group and it was peak hours on a Saturday. Everything was amazing! Our food came out hot and correct, the entire staff seemed to work together so well and a manager walking around checking in with guests. Our server Brandi was beyond amazing. So friendly and on point. You all are lucky to have her. Bubbas 33 is my son’s absolute favorite and he enjoyed every minute.“

“I'm staying at the Best Western right across from the establishment, so I decided to try the food. I called in to place my order because I'm just not feeling "peoplely". To my total and utter shock I waited on hold for 23 minutes, so I walked over. First checking to see what could possibly be the hold up. there was about five tables and an almost full bar, I did see a sign stating they had a company party. A female bartend said I'll be right with you and continued her conversation then walked down the bar. I asked a young man who was holding up the wall for the manager he promptly got him. I showed the manager that I called to place a to go order and I was then told the soup was shut down and I responded, "I would know if I wasn't left on hold." The manager nice and understanding said if we still have some I will be right out with it. Took him about 2 minutes and he was right out, I tried to pay but he gave it to me on the house. THE CREAM OF CRAB SOUP IS A HIT, gonna have to grab a bowl before checking out. Even though the hold was long I'd give them a second chance.

We usually order with GrubHub. When THREE SEPARATE DRIVERS stole our food today, California was willing to send someone from their store out with our food. They do make some of the best pizzas around! They have a bar, game nights, special pizza nights, buy one get one on Tuesday and even Social nights where you can cook things in the kitchen. What I recommend about Neo Pizza? Everything! It’s a good restaurant, not too overpriced. A great place to hang, socialize, have a beer and enjoy good times with friends or family.“

Gave it 4 starts on food because there's never enough dough in the middle of the pie, meaning when you go to grab a slice, the middle just collapses in your hand. I dined in, but the service was mediocre at best. The guy who took my order brought the pizza out. He was on his cell phone speaking with someone and didn't ask if i needed anything else. I had no drink, so I grabbed a beverage from the cooler. I recommend this place, but don't expect friendly service.“
