“walked in and was sat right away. there's plenty of condiments, hoisen sauce, hot sauce, chili sauce, chili oil, soy sauces, salt and pepper, napkins and utensils, sauces dip cups, chopsticks, forks and spoons, toothpicks at every table. straws were not provided with my drinks, other tables got straws. drinks and side dressings came out quick, entree took a long time. food was delicious and very flavorful, didn't need extra sauces. employees do not check on tables, customers have to find employees if they need anything, even having to go to the cashier area to pay or get any to go containers. their go to containers are good quality, including disposable utensils and reusable bag. there's individual bathrooms available. free parking lot.“

One member of our party arrived and had the table reserve the wait was 30 minutes, took that long for the rest of us to arrive; when we did we were seated rather fast. The crab bomb stole the show, best any of us ever had. Second runner up the crab soup also the baked potatoe was well portioned and was not dried out. The haddock was fried to perfection, and the cake dessert oh my, I ordered dessert to go, When I later dugged into the lemon pound cake each morsel was delicious, as if it was home made. Over all an excellent dining experience, a little pricey but was worth every single dime, we will return.“

“This review is mainly about our server, Rachel. My parents and I had breakfast at Eggspectations on Saturday (10/3/26). Rachel was a breath of fresh air! She’s friendly, kind, sweet and professional. She’s a seasoned server who knows her “stuff”. Our meals were tasty and on point - no issues. We never had to ask for napkins, condiments or refills. Also, Rachel remembered to bring my Mother’s hot cup of coffee with her meal, as requested. Rachel was great and we appreciate her services. “This was my and my fiancé's first time dining at this restaurant a few nights ago. We made a table reservation via OpenTable for 7:00pm, arrived at 6:50pm, and we were seated right away. From previous reviews I heard I was a good idea to make reservations, so that seems to be accurate from our experience because it was definitely a full house. The food is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it because it was delicious. I enjoyed my appetizer of Fiesta Egg rolls which were definitely cheesy, hot, and full of shredded chicken and lots of flavor. For entrees I got the Prime Rib (medium) which was cooked perfectly with some redskin mashed potatoes 😋 my fiancé got the Eastern Shore style crab cakes which were broiled and very tasty; came with coleslaw and show string french fries. My fiancé enjoyed all of his meal, with the exception of the coleslaw which he did not partake in due to health reasons. I also tried to Elite Margarita which was pretty good but a tad strong on the tequila for my liking, but the lime slice helped to take down some of the bitter alcohol taste for me 🙂👍🏾 The atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxing, classy, and dimly lit which we loved because it had a romantic vibe to it. Our server, Olivia, was very friendly and welcoming and was on point making sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely be returning again to this location.“

When you go inside it is very under decorated, but clean and they have a good sense of branding with their black and yellow color scheme. If I had to choose a favorite, it would be the shrimp tacos and the birria tacos! 🌮 This is our new go-to taco place. You have to go- you won’t be disappointed.“

We came in for our wedding anniversary last evening. Caroline I believe het name was took cgood care of us. She was very sweet, professional and attentive! The food was excellent. My husband had the salmon BLT which he enjoyed and I had the Bistro Steak Frites and it was perfect and delicious just as it was the last time! The gentleman who was assisting the staff ( either owner or mgr) very kindly came and replaced my dish with the correct one. Someone else had ordered it but to a different doneness. “The food is really good! Serving sizes are family-style for most plates, so one plate is meant to be shared amongst those at the table. Service was efficient, friendly, accommodating, and the person processing our transaction informed us very clearly of the pre-charged 20% gratuity for the party of 6 or more (which we were, so I appreciate the clarity). The atmosphere is lively without being too loud, clean, tastefully decorated, open and spacious. There is a window where you can see the fresh noodles being made to order! Authentic Korean food, not a large variety of drinks (just soda, really - coke products, beer, liquor, and water). When the menu mentions spicy - it's spicy! But even regular items that don't mention spicy might have a little kick.“

I brought my hiking group by this weekend (we were doing a Marvin Gaye themed hike through nearby Marvin Gaye Park, a great park to visit as well with wonderful walking trails, community gardens, local art and history) and we all enjoyed ourselves so much. Shout out to Chef Smiley for the amazing home cooked meals, we all felt like we were in a living room as welcomed guests. The owner gave us a lovely tour through the space and explained her family's deep history and ties to the community.

The food was simply delicious to the point of decadence. Go get the yams, smooth, creamy, sweet but not overpowering. The greens were well-seasoned and cooked just right. I got the salmon cakes, which were tightly breaded but bursting with flavor inside. The chicken wings were gigantic and fresh off the bird and meaty and tender. And the cornbread...cakey, buttery and melt in your mouth wonderful. As we waited, the smell of the food got stronger and stronger, signifying how fresh everything was being made. Everyone in our group of around 8 or 9 of us (those who joined us here for lunch after the hike) was raving about their meals and comfortable hospitality. It really was such a wonderful time. I look forward to coming back and spreading the word about this gem in the neighborhood.“
