This one charges .50 most places charge zero. Some places charge 1.50. there's a training opportunity across the franchise.“

No rush, no “you’re bothering me” tone I hear at other places. Wamala (I think that’s the right spelling) greeted me at the window with a smile and quick service. “Went back to this location after a while, because my first go around the experience wasn’t so good (food issue). Gave it another shot after a while and this time there was no issues with the food. The issue was user error. Long story short, I thought part of my order was missing so I went back to the restaurant and told them that I was missing part of my order. They took care of me right away with no problem. I’ve been to restaurants where, despite their mistake the customer service is still horrible and they take no accountability. This 5 guys location replaced my order instantly. When I got home I noticed I placed my Cajun fries in a different bag. Even though I made an honest mistake, kudos to this staff for their excellent service.“
