“My work splurged on us a lunch for us consisting of the Rasa Tantori Tasting Bundle. This meal is advertised as feeding 10 people, I think they are underselling just how much food you get. Were 10 extremely hungry people and then we were 10 very satisfied and perhaps overly full people a few minutes later, with food to spare! Nothing was particularly spicy, there was a little heat on one of the dishes, but nothing crazy. The variety of food is well balanced. Chicken, tofu, saffron rice, Greens, salads, chickpeas and curry with 2 chutneys, even dessert cookies! I recommend this meal if you are looking for an easy way to order a variety of food in one go that can feed 10 hungry, or 14 less hungry people. Especially if any of them are cautious about trying Indian. It was delicious well made. Not to mention conveniently delivered.“

They were knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our group. “I spend over $250 a month here. Most of the staff know me because I come in so often. The service is typically very good. Carlos, the manager is very friendly and always gives great service. Along with some of the older staff. But some of the younger staff need further training on proper customer service. Twice now, I’ve gone there, with the same individuals, and asked for a bag for my food. Instead of assisting me, they put the food on the counter and point me to the bags, saying, “they are over there!” I find that very distasteful and in poor taste for a frontline person serving the public. Part of the customer experience is assisting the customer. I worked retail for many years and always made sure my customers were satisfied. That kind of service is unacceptable!“

The Ravini Politiko, coconut cake was the best I ever ate! The Thalissina, seafood pasta had plenty of seafood in it and delicious. Even the cappaccino was delicious, very smooth, no bitterness and taste great with dessert! The server, Baris, was attentive, friendly and did a great job taking care of us. “Had dinner a few nights ago. We were visiting the area for work and saw the great reviews. We were not disappointed. Beautiful restaurant - interior is not very large so reservations a must. Our waitress was very helpful with our questions and attentive the entire meal. Great vibe and our drinks, appetizers and entrees were delicious. I don’t remember the name by the appetizer that’s made with yogurt but it was spectacular. I had a mezcal cocktail and it had beautifully balanced flavors.“

“My wife and I are from southwest of China. I would say Chef Lee's Element makes the best and the most authentic southwest Chinese dishes in DC area. We've tried almost every dish and it never lets us down. For the service, I want to thank Micheal for his kind and wonderful service, he is always smiling and talkative and gives his nice recommendations of the dishes. We go there almost every week.“

Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, and the staff provides great service. Germanico in particular always goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. He’s genuinely nice and always makes the experience a little better.

The only downside is that the prices are a bit high, especially for a simple breakfast. That said, I really enjoy coming here and will definitely keep coming back.“

We ordered the chicken katsu, beef combination platter, Loco moco meal and the ramen noodle. The beef that came with the noodle soup is not so tender. The beef with the katsu is tender and flavorful. One of the only places that I have been too that offers more than 1 type of veggie roll; plenty of veggie maki rolls. Rolls are large and they are generous with the filling and toppings. Got a bottled green tea. They do not serve alcohol. They accept credit card. I will absolutely be returning and telling everyone I know about this place. Next to Great shopping and there is plenty of parking!

One suggestion is to have a bottle of Sriracha on hand just to add a bit of spice to the veggie rolls.“

I have so many special memories there, from going as a 10-year-old, to having my send-off dinner before leaving for college, to celebrating my 21st birthday there. The food is amazing every single time, and our favorites are the zucchini fritters, scallop risotto, lamb chops, and house red wine.

I live in California now, but whenever I’m home, coming to Cava is always a priority. I went with my dad last night, and once again, we had such a wonderful experience. Noah was an amazing server and made our evening even more special. Cava has been a part of my family’s life for so many years, and I’m so grateful that it continues to be a place we can always come home to.“
