The staff has always been friendly and the food has always been hot and delicious. The few times we have dined in there we have enjoyed good friendly service. Plenty of free parking. We always get lobster bisque and the bernaise sauce for the tenderloin isn't too heavy but very flavorful Sammy our server guided us through the menu and helped us make the best selection among the choices for us! Seating is limited, but it’s easy to take the food outside and eat it there.

Yes, if you compare this place with most cheap Chinese all you can ear places, $33 does seem expensive. However, fresh and high-quality food cost me. I am willing to pay extra for good, fresh food. As another example, I was shocked to see a review giving them only 3 stars commenting she got sick (even though she said she loved the food there). I was wondering if she did not cook her food well in the hot pot, or she couldn't handle the spices.“

“The best experience! From the moment we walked in Carlos was very attentive, it was my families first time there and they were unsure about the safe flavors. He came to us with all the sauce flavors to try. He took his time to explain everything. He checked up on us to see how we were doing. He also came and recommended dessert which was sooooo good. “Let me first start by saying - I don't generally bother to leave reviews. My partner and I had a last minute plan change which led to a frantic finding of a restaurant the day-of to celebrate her birthday. Luckily, we landed on Julii. We were seated in the outdoor igloo, which until a larger/louder group came outside was the perfect atmosphere. Plenty warmer than I thought it would be, and despite feeling a little bit like bubble boy it was really cool being outside as the sun went down. Karen, our server, was incredible through and through. When we do come back it will be because of her. She gave us the perfect recommendations (labneh, Brussels sprouts, lamb shank, and the duck confit) and was right on time all night. The food is amazing, I am currently eating the leftover lamb shank while I write this because the portion is massive, and the food will speak for itself. The only part I left at a 4 star instead of 5 is value, which do not get mistaken I have gotten a whole let less for a whole lot more money. The portions were sizable and the food was 10/10 through and through. I am just not made of money and a $200 outing (2 apps, 2 entrees, 2 drinks, and one dessert) is not something that I can afford all that often. But if you can, I'd highly recommend this place for any occasion or otherwise.“

“Fantastic pastries! The fruit/berry pastries and mochi donuts are my go-to and my husband loves all the varieties of croissants. The coffee can be hit and miss (sometimes the flavorings they put in their specialty lattes are a tad overpowering) but they're good enough that I will keep ordering them. Staff is always great, too. Very friendly and they work hard to make sure the displays are full and fresh.“
