Went in about an hour ago to get a Stromboli which was soo good. I’ll definitely be back also the customer service I received from Jimmy was top tier. As a native New Yorker I’m so excited to have this place so close.
Not friendly service. The girl stared at me for a minute and finally said "what do you want" real smart. she was reheating pizza so I didn't think she was ready . The food on heaters looked like it was there for 10 hours. Dry and burnt. The white pizza was decent but my husband said pepperoni was bad. We have eaten at Sbarro's in different places for 40 years. I know how the food should have looked.

Customer service here is incredible! Major prior to the manager on duty, Jimmy.I was tired and hungry from shopping all day. So, I headed over to get a pretzel as a snack. I didn't know Sbarro was over there. So, when I saw it, I decided to get pizza instead.Both Jimmy and the other employee on duty were very courteous snd conversational.
