“Just went through drive thru tonight would of done a survey but couldn't get it to work. Best burger King I've been to. The soda doesn't taste flat like I'm used to at My hometown burger King. “Traveling from MD to PA, I was thrilled to see a Roy Roger's restaurant since they left Pittsburgh. I had chicken n waffles. It was delicious. Chicken cooked perfect crispy on the outside and tender juicy on the inside. Waffles crunchie but not hard. I also noticed they had a Roger's fixing bar so you can personalize your food. How thoughtful

“The cheese hamburger was delicious. I walked up to order I was greeted with a smile and the food was given to me fast and it was nice and hot. They have outdoor seating my niece and I sat down and enjoyed our meal with a nice breeze. I would recommend this establishment.“

“This is by far the best 5 Guys. The staff is super professional and friendly. The place is SUPER clean and always has staff out cleaning. Which is no small task with all the peanut shells. Good is good, yea it’s expensive but what isn’t these days. Everything they can control they do with excellence and care. Keep it up! Whoever manages this facility should be recognized by higher ups“

“My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and our service was EXCELLENT! Alisha (I believe that was her name) was sooooo wonderful to us! My boyfriend was having the AYCE pancakes and she kept brining more for him and at no point in time was she annoyed at us. She was so down to earth and friendly with us! We ended up using a coupon but we tipped on the original price. She was so worth it!“

“A few weeks ago, my husband went to pick up some food for us after a long day of work. He left around 8, and when he got on the highway, he got stuck in standstill traffic for hours due to a horrible and tragic accident. I believe that there was no casualties, thankfully.
I called this location to ask if they could leave our food outside because it didn’t look like my husband was going to make it before they closed at 10. Kyle didn’t want to do that because he wanted to make sure we actually got our food. Kyle went out of his way to make sure we got our food.“

“The drive thru line was ridiculous so I opted to go in. Service was quick and efficient.Roy, per my receipt (he has tats), was extremely polite and quick. I took notice of how he handled a mother there with her children. He was so friendly. He definitely an asset for you. I'd recruit him for my customer service desk if I wasn't so far away. :-)“

“Love this Roy Rogers, due to the fact of its friendly service and quick time to get your food. Sucks sometimes when they don't have the chicken pieces you want due to them cooking to keep it fresh but overall the food tastes good.
They just need to update the bathroom a little bit I feel like everything in there is updated to some degree but the bathrooms.“

“Took the survey and it asked what could be improved but never asked what was excellent. One simple name... NJ! Hands down he is the reason I come back to this location. Always friendly and has a giant smile on his face. I can not stress enough how much of a delight he is. I wish I could have written in the survey how fantastic he is because I feel like everyone complains about things so much these days it's rare when people have a good report! He deserves to be recognized for his excellent job!“
