Adorable ice cream shop! Be forewarned - the sizes are gigantic!!! We got a medium soft serve in a cup and it was huge. The large is like a Big Gulp cup of ice cream. We had quite the shock! Ice cream was delicious and prices are ridiculously cheap. We will definitely be back!
Great ice cream. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor sitting area if you don't want to get it to go. No indoor dining. I would recommend checking it out if you're near Oakland and feel like ice cream, even worth the drive if you're nearby at Deep Creek Lake or The Wisp. This picture is the Full, not the 1/2. If you get the full size, be hungry or bring a friend... or bring a friend anyway they will thank you.

I'm not one to usually pick soft serve over regular hand scooped ice cream but here I am! Devler's is what i didn't know soft serve could be. It's creamy, sweet without being cloying, and you get SO much of it. There are tables but shade so just be mindful of that in summer. They also offer lots of normal ice cream but I've yet to try it because of the amazing soft serve. This is a key stop for me when I'm in Oakland.
