“We, had lunch at this location on Nov 10th. The service was very poor and the order came out wrong. The waiter never offered to refill our drinks. We, ended up sending food back and had taken off the bill. I, asked for a manager and the waiter only came back. This was a VERY poor experience. The waiter sucked, They may need new management.“

“From the moment you step into Outback, the young man named Dominic was so kind and helpful. He seated us and gave the menu. Our waiter was Lauren and she was fantastic. She really knew the menu. Service was great! I will return to this location!“

“I took my dad tonight for Father’s Day and it was very busy. We were told an hour and half wait so we waited. From the crew at the reservation desk to the lady who took is us to our table and Evan our waiter everything was awesome. Even with being crazy busy service was great and food was great. I highly recommended Texas Roadhouse Columbia“

“Great place for a casual family steak dinner. The steak is always good so are most of the food we ordered. Good value. \n\nStandard American steakhouse interior, sometimes the booths are not very clean. \n\nThe service can be inconsistent but never bad. This time the glitch was with the bartender, he didn’t understand when the waiter put in the manhattan cocktail need to be made with a specific bourbon. And came down with 2 drinks & seemed a little irritated. Not a cohesive work relationship revealed right there. Looked certain employees might need some reminders or retraining .\n\nOverall. We are satisfied with longhorn, and will return.“

“We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. Shaun, keep up the good work. We will be back soon.“

“Potentially disastrous experience; told the wait for a table would be 20/25 minutes, not sat for over an hour. Ignored at the bar while waiting for a table. Our server, Nigel, was very efficient and attentive and turned the whole experience around“

“I had the pleasure of being served by Kamora, and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, personable, and genuinely attentive. She checked in at all the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and her friendly energy made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend the wine flight! It's all you need for the night. The food was great! The only down side was that they weren't serving the Wagyu menu items as stated on their first website.“
