“Ok, I know I should have known better but evenings (8:30 pm) are a Latin disco fest with music videos and slightly loud music. The food it traditional and delicious and they offer bucket discounts for beers. Either way, don’t believe the Google reviews saying the price is $100+ As we grabbed to entries for $28 total. It was a bit to loud after our day, otherwise we would have hung out in the outdoor area.“

The bread was such a great consistency, better than the best cornbread. I had the carne asada, and it was so fresh and delicious. All of the food was very authentic! I even tried a new drink, not alcoholic, it was like a tea that was cold but somewhat spicy. It was delicious !! We will definitely be going back for another round ;-) Service was very quick and polite as well.“

“This place is almost always hopping so we decided to try it for ourselves. The chicken was very flavorful and juicy, the yucca had good flavor but also was very soggy by the time we got home a little less than 10 minutes later. The beans were a bland, but the Peruvian fried rice was top notch.

It won't replace our normal go to spot for pollo a la brasa but it's easy to see why these guys have been in business since the 80s. Would definitely recommend trying this spot out.“

“The food was absolutely amazing! I had beef fajitas, my aunt had the salmon with a wine sauce, my grandma had the carne assada, and my husband had a beef milanesa. I tried everyone’s food and loved all the plates. The meat was so juicy and tender! I have eaten at numerous latin restaurants over the years and this is definitely on top of my list. We received a tres leches cake for my grandma’s birthday and I can say it was the best one I’ve ever had. Just perfect 😍“

“Best Peruvian chicken, everything else is just charbroil chicken. Nothing compares to the flavor. The only dislike I have is that the beans count as a side, and rice counts as another side. Rice and bean should be a single side, in my opinion. What do guys think? Other than that, it would've been a 5 star rating.“

It was bland but at the same time, I couldn’t stop eating it. It was stuffed with lots of chicken, which was pretty impressive. Service was great, food was better than expected. “I recommend the huevo con chorizo (eggs with chorizo sausage) breakfast platter because it is authentic and delicious. I find myself craving it often. I always get that with a side of crema and queso (sour cream and cheese). It doesn't come with it, but it costs about $2 to $3 more. They are able to adjust sides and ingredients. For example, the eggs and chorizo sausage are mixed with green bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions. I asked to omit the onions, and they had no problem doing so. The servers are kind and attentive. They also have a bakery and other lunch and dinner menu items. If you are looking for a taste of true Salvadoran food, this is the spot. Parking is not the best, especially when it's busy, but you can park by Walgreens and walk up to the place. They have two entrances: one is for the bakery, and the other is where the front cashier and the kitchen are located. Overall, I love this place so much!“
