“We were staying in Oxford, MD for a couple of nights, and struck out on restaurants there. The only one that was supposedly open wouldn't seat us a full half hour before published closing time. So we scrambled to see where we might find an open restaurant in Easton, and drove to Doc's -- where our experience was the opposite! Despite the fact that Doc's kitchen was in the process of closing, the Doc's hostess cheerfully found us a table right away, and server Avery brought out some great local seafood specialties in record time! We were so grateful for the friendly service and delicious food, and we'd definitely return to Doc's next time we are visiting the Eastern shore.“

We stopped in here to kick off our first full day in St Michaels and definitely made the right choice. We had a wine tasting the previous day and the female server told us this was her favorite place.
My wife enjoys creamed chip beef on toast (SOS). She said this was as good as her mom's. High praise indeed.
I decided on the Maryland (or Chesapeake?) omelet. Wow. Loaded with crabmeat Boursin cheese, gently folded and served with home fries.
Food came out very fast, and service was great. We were there in October, so it was not very crowded, but they were still hustling.“

“After 2 bad experiences at the Tidewater Dining Room I have to let you know that 3 adults were there February 16 and had excellent service. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. I believe our server was Dan (he has a young daughter). We could not have gotten better care! We had ordered Caesar salad - perfect. Steak special- delicious and then dessert! Also must say the Old Fashions were great! All in all we will be back soon! Thank you“

“Yesterday I ordered the cheesesteak with mushrooms and fried onions and will definitely be ordering it again. I also tried the chili and was impressed by the variety of beans and how hearty it was. I did add a little of my own spice to bring it up to my preferred heat level, since I like chili on the spicier side—but overall, a solid and very satisfying meal.“

“I have been a customer of Blue Heron for close to 10 years! I visit them when my wife and i vacation in St. Micheals. I used to buy my beans locally in Pennsylvania, but found the consistency was terrible. I started to buy from Blue Heron online since at least 2017. I can honestly say I have never had a complaint. Heather and Jay run a dynamite coffee shop, and are the best people. Online orders ship crazy fast, never a delay. Do not hesitate, go there now!“

“Not sure why this place had so many negative reviews. We got quick service and food was good, some portions are small but that’s not at out the norm. We had a great experience. We very accomdating wirh my two little ones. I would say the best food on the Hyatt resort.“

“It's difficult to get a broiled seafood platter of good quality. The chef at the Cambridge Diner prepared a superb platter. The dinner included either soup or salad and dessert. Michelin quality at a reasonable price! Our waitress Tracy gave us great service!“

Milano at breakfast and Mohamed at dinner were friendly and efficient. They embody excellent customer service. We always enjoy our visit at this Hyatt Chesapeake Resosrt restaurant. I highly recommend to check out all the dining venues at this resort.“
