“Great place for a Sunday Brunch group. The restaurant seating was space out and we basically had a private corner to ourselves. Pradip was our server and was very attentive. Food was good and priced as you would expect for comparable meals at National Harbor.“

“So, here's the thing...feeling welcomed as soon as you walk in to a place you have never been before means so much. My husband and I were visiting DC. We were checking out places to eat near our hotel. We stopped in at Tune Inn. It was packed! The bar and all tables were full. The bartender welcomed us right away even though he was super busy. He told us to order a beer and hang out...the next table was ours. He handed us a happy hour drink menu and we did just that. Our waitress was on the ball. She was handling more tables than humanly possible but she made it look easy. Food was delicious!!!! An excellent find on our trip and obviously busy for a reason.“

“We came from out of state (NC) and just happened to Google bars around and this popped up. Hands down the best time we had. Luke, the bartender, was funny and amazing. We ended up going back the next day just to see him before we left town. Definitely will be back!“

“The Haymaker is a great cocktail bar and has some of the best and hardest working bartenders in DC. When we arrived, the bar counter seats were almost full. Three cocktails in and the whole place was packed with 90/95% having cocktails, our refills still came quickly. Why only 4 star? They have changed the food menu and not for the better. The dumplings are still great. We also had the quesadilla. My wife liked it, I thought it was generic. We both thought the loaded tots were a major fail, the 'load', what little there was of it, had all fallen off and was in the bottom of the bowl. The draft beer choice is also weak, with Goose Island being their premium beer. I hope they change up their menu for the better.“

“Your beef steaks have a lot to be desired. Visiting from a state that grows a lot of beef your steaks are served just barely warm in the center with a slit sear on the outside. Unacceptable for a 40 dollar steak. I can't recommend your restaurant for a steak“

“This is our neighborhood go to. We love the staff and the food is always very good. My only wish is that the menu had a more often rotation. Many of my favorite dishes are only available during happy hour or on specific days, like the blackened fish only on Friday. It’s great to be able to take our kids here where on the bar side their noise level is drowned out by the patrons. Tons of games available to watch and many fans of different teams converging to root them on. The vibe is great on either the restaurant or bar side, and the regulars are great fun to enjoy company. Highly recommended and we will be there as a regular when you come!“

“You can't just walk up to the Front Porch and be seated. You first have to go to one of the sister restaurants next door, ask to be seated at the Front Porch, then they'll escort you back to the Front Porch. It's a little strange and we watched many succumb to this unnecessary back and forth.We all enjoyed our meals. The smash burgers were especially amazing! The menu felt a little limited in terms of selections, which is why two of us ended up choosing the burgers in the first place.All in all, a decent experience.“

“First time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The drinks were good, strong and inexpensive. The food was even better. Definitely a favourite of mine when I want a good drink and some food with it. I had the pork chop sandwich with fries and it was good. Seasoned and fried just right. Definitely two thumbs up for me. “This is a Bay Area sports bar in DC! The hubby & I visited while we were on vacation to watch the 49er season opener against the Jets & had a blast! The staff was wonderful, the owner Gracie ( we didn't know she was the owner until the end of the night) was rocking it, and the crowd was AWESOME! Being season ticket holders, the energy felt like we were at a game. Anytime we're in DC, we'll be back.... on a side note, we found out our niece had a blast here watching the 2014 Giants World Series.
