Listen, we love wingstop because hey, lemon pepper all the way! But this has definitely been one of the more unpleasant times we have tried to order. We placed an order online and waited 35 minutes because we know they typically take a long time. However upon entrance, we were told our order would be done in 8 minutes and we ended up waiting over AN HOUR on the benches inside the restaurant. This location needs to get better at processing orders.. I have never waited less than 45 mins to 1 hour for my food.. even tho the app says 15 to 20 mins.. I have avoided ordering here because of the consistent long time it takes each and every time.. im currently waiting 20 mins past the time given when I placed my order.. I can't order here anymore.. every other restaurant on this strip is faster by far!!! It's ridiculous

I wish wingstop would stop prioritizing walk-in orders and make the pickup orders first.
