“They are usually fairly quick, always smiling, and they don't question my strange order of "plain bagel with a slice of cheddar." Some dunkins have questioned me like I don't know what I want..I know it's a strange request, but it's nice to not be treated like an idiot.“
“I like this location and come here frequently. My only issue is that I always do mobile orders for pick up inside the store and have no problem with my drink being ready when I get there, but I usually always get a donut and they never put the donuts in the pick up area. So then I have to try to flag down a busy associate or get in line at the register to get my donut. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering “to go.”“
“I like this location because it is close and generally moves fast but unless you go in and order your donuts in person they will substitute donuts you order and not give you a heads up. Not just app orders but verbal ones through the drive through. You have to be vigilant in checking your order because they will not even give you a heads up that they changed your order. Also happens with bagels. Happens almost every time I do not go into order and watch them fill the donut box myself or thoroughly check my order.“
“Just a quick stop for coffee and a donut. I don't normally go to Dunkin because its a bit far to walk to and I'm never around that area as much, but it was a decent experience. Coffee and donut was good and a nice pick me up. The person at the register was friendly and helpful as well as made sure I was satisfied with my order. Wasn't too busy for that time of day so I was in and out to prepare for a grocery trip. I would go again when I'm around that way. I think its a good recommend as I'm sure we've all grown up at Dunkin there maybe some who never tried. I feel they would enjoy the experience.“
“I very much enjoy going to this Dunkin. The staff is wonderful and always take care of me. I don't tip at coffee shops...I tipped here.
The only real complaint I have is that the drive through is very slow. It's so much faster to walk in and order or order ahead and pick it up at the counter than to use the drive through.
Parking is extremely limited, and with the drive through constantly overflowing the parking lot it's often times better to park in the nearby strip mall lot and walk over. It's worth it, though.
All too often I forget to scan my app barcode to get points. It would be awesome if the staff at the register would ask if I have the app right before taking payment if I didn't already get it scanned. An employee told me yesterday that a lot of people forget to get their barcode scanned. It would be a good gesture to start reminding customers when they offer payment. ?
Parking: REALLY limited parking. But then, I don't know that I've ever seen a Dunkin with lots of parking. Lol“
