“We returned to the Bayou after 18 months of Covid precautions and it was wonderful! Although I usually get seafood or other items, I tried the flank steak. It was perfectly cooked, tender and delicious. My dining partner said he had some of the best fried oyster that he had ever tasted. We shared a bottle of wine and celebrated a great night out! Our server was attentive, but not overly so. The portions were very large. Overall a great time and well worth it!“

“I had a great customer service experience at Woody’s in North East. While my meal didn’t come out as expected, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They not only comped my meal, but also offered a replacement of my choice and even treated my two boys to ice cream. Our waitress, Brenda, along with the rest of the team, truly went above and beyond to make things right. Their level of care and attention turned a disappointing moment into a very positive experience. Excellent customer service all around!“

“We ordered two coffees and two sandwiches. The chipotle chix scrambled egg and Avo sandwich was delicious, the scrambled egg and ham sandwich was OK but overall, the sandwich portions are small. Coffees were good. The areas to improve are the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the general atmosphere, once you go in, you'll notice. Thanks Panera.“
