“I absolutely ADORE this place. I am there at least 4x’s week. The place is clean & food is always fresh but…The service alone is always amazing! They make you feel welcomed. No matter the time of day or how extremely busy they can get. I’ve been there a few times when it just wasn’t a good day for me but they always seem to put a smile on my face just by being welcoming. I attached the video just to show how animated a simple greeting can get. Sometimes, just a good greeting can get you on track. In today’s world, I thank God for places like this particular Dunkin that makes me feel so very good daily with just a simple “Hey Keyyyy How you doinggg?” Thank you all for just being a good start to my day ♥️“

“Dunkin' has a convenient small shop at the corner of Monument and Washington Streets, located just where I needed an afternoon treat after a long meeting. Service was prompt and friendly. “Been in the Mt Vernon area for 3 years now. I used to get Dunkin here once or twice a week, then cut it down to probably once a month now. But every time I've come by this Dunkin spot, there's been one employee working hard on weeknights. It's been a while since I've been by, so I forget his name, but he's been extremely kind and considerate to everyone that comes through. I know there are more employees because I've stopped by on Sundays, but during the week, and sometimes Saturdays, he's been the only employee. “I like this Dunkin, but I had to take a star off because they are very inconsistent with the drinks. I come here a few times a week and sometimes my drinks are perfect and sometimes they’re lacking. When I get iced coffee there’s either too much or not enough cream even though I order the same amount every time, or perfect sweetness or not nearly enough. I literally order the same thing but it’s always different, unfortunately. Even the lemonade tea is not consistent. Got it last week with added liquid cane and it was perfect. Got it this week the same exact way and it was watery, barely any lemonade flavor, and not very sweet at all.“

As a Dunkin fanatic, It’s really disappointing how some Dunkin’s make watered-down espresso, half brewed cold brew, or sell iced coffee as cold brew. This location always has great tasting cold brew and I’m just hoping it stays that way!

Parking: The Harris Tester parking garage is one left away from the Dunkin. Depending on your spot it’s a 1 minute walk. I also see people temporarily park behind the building and bank lane (I don’t think this is encouraged) Always plenty of well lit parking. If you want to park closer there is paid street parking.“

It's always a welcoming feeling when people recognize you and remember you. They see hundreds of people every day, but when they spot you and offer a smile and a pleasant tone and then remember something small about you (or even remember your order) it says a lot about the community you and them have built TOGETHER. From the moment I pull up, between Molly or Jay, they ALWAYS know my car and my order before I even speak! Bela runs the drive thru window with ease and always has a kind word and warm smile. Balvider (I really hope that I'm spelling her name right) moves with efficiency and is always ready with a wave and smile. Mr. Patel (the BossMan), with his signature leather fedora, is also always so welcoming. In a world where the ART of genuine customer service is increasingly being lost, the folks at this Dunkin really seem to enjoy what they do. It's like getting a warm hug from family whenever I walk in or drive up. And even in the rare instance that my order is incorrect, they never cease to correct it with a smile. “For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.

My only issue is that I wish this location would step its game up a little. Maybe more Dunkin merchandise and more donut designs not just the basic donuts all the time. “Our friend wanted ice cream to top off a delicious meal, so we popped into Baskin-Robbins. This is something we never do, so it was a real treat for us and we went all in. My husband and I both had two scoop hot fudge sundaes. Mine was with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. My husband had Mint Chocolate Chip and World Class Chocolate. Each sundae was topped with the hot fudge, whipped cream, a cherry. Since we had not been in a Baskin-Robbins for so long we were quite shocked at the price of our sundaes – each was $5.99 plus tax – really expensive. The sundaes were good.“
