“I absolutely ADORE this place. I am there at least 4x’s week. The place is clean & food is always fresh but…The service alone is always amazing! They make you feel welcomed. No matter the time of day or how extremely busy they can get. I’ve been there a few times when it just wasn’t a good day for me but they always seem to put a smile on my face just by being welcoming. I attached the video just to show how animated a simple greeting can get. Sometimes, just a good greeting can get you on track. In today’s world, I thank God for places like this particular Dunkin that makes me feel so very good daily with just a simple “Hey Keyyyy How you doinggg?” Thank you all for just being a good start to my day ♥️“

“I like this Dunkin, but I had to take a star off because they are very inconsistent with the drinks. I come here a few times a week and sometimes my drinks are perfect and sometimes they’re lacking. When I get iced coffee there’s either too much or not enough cream even though I order the same amount every time, or perfect sweetness or not nearly enough. I literally order the same thing but it’s always different, unfortunately. Even the lemonade tea is not consistent. Got it last week with added liquid cane and it was perfect. Got it this week the same exact way and it was watery, barely any lemonade flavor, and not very sweet at all.“

“I love coming to DD but there is a small problem. On the weekends homeless people come in and beg for money and some of them even sleep at the tables. The employees don't say a word to them. They (homeless people) even stand outside beginning for money. I'm sorry but I will be going to another DD for the weekends. Sorry DD in Mount Vernon market center.“

As a Dunkin fanatic, It’s really disappointing how some Dunkin’s make watered-down espresso, half brewed cold brew, or sell iced coffee as cold brew. This location always has great tasting cold brew and I’m just hoping it stays that way!

Parking: The Harris Tester parking garage is one left away from the Dunkin. Depending on your spot it’s a 1 minute walk. I also see people temporarily park behind the building and bank lane (I don’t think this is encouraged) Always plenty of well lit parking. If you want to park closer there is paid street parking.“

“I love dunkin. I normally get an iced coffee but occasionally I will get the refresher. I love the glazed munchkins with the sprinkles. Anyone with sprinkles is my favorite really (except blue berry - not a fan). Not the cheapest but worth the price you pay. Using the app helps get rewards for free coffee, drinks and food.“

But the Baskin-Robbins ice cream here is exceptionally good, possibly due to the fact that they don't keep the freezer too cold, often a problem in ice cream shops which make the ice creams very hard. My only issue is that I wish this location would step its game up a little. Maybe more Dunkin merchandise and more donut designs not just the basic donuts all the time. “For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.
My daughter and I have been visiting the various Dunkins in Baltimore City and found this one to be exceptional!

Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.“

My husband and I both had two scoop hot fudge sundaes. Mine was with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. My husband had Mint Chocolate Chip and World Class Chocolate. Each sundae was topped with the hot fudge, whipped cream, a cherry. Since we had not been in a Baskin-Robbins for so long we were quite shocked at the price of our sundaes – each was $5.99 plus tax – really expensive. The sundaes were good.“
