“I've been meaning to try this truck for weeks & finally made it there on 9/17. El Taco Loco was worth the wait! I had the Asada, Chorizo & Pork Carnitas tacos. All 3 were yummy but the spicy Chorizo was my fave. At $5.00 each, the 3 corn tacos were a bit small but made for a tasty late-day snack. My only complaint was that there was no red salsa, guacamole & sour creama to top them with. The owner chef did garnish each taco with avocado slices, but plain avocado has no taste -- I need guacamole! There was also a tiny (1 teasp. worth!) container of green sauce that tasted of avocados & tomatillos, but it wasn't anough to apply to 3 tacos! yours truly likes her traditional OG taco toppings. But overall, what I had was Delicioso! I will definitely be back to El Taco Loco very soon to check out the rest of the menu.“

Shake Shack will be opening soon in this shopping center and it seems the majority of negative reviews here are for service and cleanliness. Went on a Sat night and they were empty. “I dined there for the first time tonight, and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is quaint, cozy, and perfectly decorated. The first two drinks that I got were absolutely amazing, as they were custom-made. We also tried a flight of tequila, which was also very delicious. We both got an entrée each, and got nachos and queso. It was all absolutely delicious. The waitress kept coming back to check on us and was very attentive. Thank you for a lovely evening. It’s a busy restaurant for obvious reasons, but the staff made the experience a great one. The owner Carlos was super nice and stopped by to say hello to us as we have a mutual friend. “This taco joint is the real deal. Family run. Homemade salsas, chicharon , hibiscus and horchata. Get the damn baliata(sp?) !! Ask for Chris up front and tell them Ray and Russell sent you. “I really enjoyed stopping by this small little gem. I ordered the steak queso birria tacos , and no consume was needed. Juicy steak with no fatty pieces and tortilla crisp to perfection. The red chicken tamale was good and spicy salsa sneaks up on ya. Grab a Dulce leche cake for dessert later. It’s worth it“

“I love Baja Fresh in general, and this place is A+. Employees are friendly, the place is clean, food is hot and excellent, so much better than other fast casual places that serve you Subway style. My only request is that somehow you bring back the Enchiladas Rojas trio especially around dinner time :-) Baja fresh is the only fast casual Mexican place that gives you enchies/burritos covered in sauce and they’re very good.“

“Randomly driving through Timonium on our way back to PA we were looking for food. Fuentes showed with good reviews and we stopped. Now once a month (sometimes more) we drive an hour back to Timonium for amazing food. We’ve even brought family down here. The italian food is plentiful and tasty but the fish and shrimp tacos are our favorite. A lovely couple owns the place and they cook all the food and they’ve always been kind to us. We hope to come here for many more years.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here! I got an order of chicken flautas and they came on a massive bed of lettuce, cotija cheese, spicy pickled veggies, and a quarter lime. Really well presented considering it was in a plastic container from a trailer! They were crispy and delicious. The churros are amazing, almost tasted like they were cream filled. The time before, I got a chorizo burrito and it was equally as delicious. The ladies cooking are friendly and quick. And you can fill up your gas tank, check your oil level, and clean your windows at the gas station while you wait. I'd add pictures, but my family inhaled the flautas before I could even unlock my phone.“
