Her attitude was approaching on rude. Orders were taken without comment, just looks. Soups were spilled onto saucers,no apologies. Everything was rushed, without a smile or occasional: can I get you anything or is everything ok? And why as a fine restaurant are you serving salad dressing in cheap plastic containers???“

“I just wanted to say what an awesome experience Barracudas and Billy provided for my family. We held a surprise 90th birthday party for my Mom there on Saturday and it was perfect. The food was delicious as usual and the service was phenomenal. Abby did a great job taking care of us. Big shout out to the kitchen staff and everyone else who assisted in making my Mom feel loved and appreciated. I live 2 hours from the restaurant, but I make it a point to stop in almost everytime for food and drinks. Everyone has their own opinion concerning the restaurant and staff. In 10 years I have never had a bad experience here or seen anything out of the ordinary reacting to the staff or ownership. I have seen intoxicated patrons but that's it. Started with cream of crab soup, gently seasoned with a good amount of crab meat (had just a few shells but that comes with real crab). Tried the Brussel sprouts, half with balsamic glaze and feta cheese, the other half with sweet Thai chili sauce (both good with the balsamic just a tad better). Chicken Cheesesteak sub had a generous amount of real cubed chick on a nice sub roll. Plenty of food was brought home for later. I'll be sure to go again!“

“Made my first trip to Mothers last Thursday as I was part of a Social Group. I've lived in Timonium for over 20 years but hadn't been in that building since it was Appleby's many years ago. There was 10 of us, and being that we were part of group the management allowed us separate checks on this occasion.

From what I heard everyone enjoyed their meal. Abbey was our server and she was great, couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. I'm pretty picky about my salads and asked her about a Caesar with Chicken. Of course like most servers she reassured me it was really good and guess what.......it was really good!! Fresh romaine, shaved parm, and they prepared the chicken anyway you wanted it. I'll be back!“

“Honestly, I feel safe at this bar. Both me and my husband frequent this bar at least once or twice a week due to us living close. There is plenty of bar space and they serve food late. You can also watch the games there on game days. I go with the cheeseburger every time and it does not disappoint. The drinks or hit or miss and very limited but if you go for a straight drink like jack & coke you can't mess that up.“
