“I recently dined here and i really enjoyed the food. Delicious and generous serving. The only issue that I found was that the wait staff sends some training, especially the girl at the front door on Saturday, March 5th. Front Door staff should know how to greet customers. I found her very off- putting. It is a shame because her attitude is a negative for your business. Someone needs to take a few minutes to train her. 4 Stars“

“I absolutely love this restaurant!!! I’ve had several great experiences there. From the food to the staff, (I only drink beer so I can’t comment on the drinks) to the entertainment and you gotta praise the ambience and the view from that deck!!! There’s nothing to compare it to when it comes to view!! The whole place has been refreshed and has a very clean feel. And a shout out to the staff! “The fam and I went to Prime Street to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday. Our experience tonight was so amazing…I wanted to get on here to give Prime Street their flowers. My wife and I have been to Prime Street multiple times and they never failed the assignment. Tonight, we had the crab dip and the calamari for apps…Delicious! For entrees, I wanted to try something different because I normally get the Ribeye, so I got the lamb chops with the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes and my wife got the Ribeye with broccolini and mashed potatoes…everything was 10/10! The lamb chops were seasoned well and you get 8, which is unheard of. The Brussels sprouts were flavorful especially with the bacon and the mashed potatoes had amazing flavor. My wife enjoyed her Ribeye, which is always good every time we get it. Even my brother-in-law, who’s not easily impressed was blown away by the burger and I let him try my lamb chops.

I normally don’t leave good reviews (which I need to start doing because it’s some good food spots out here and the people need to know), but I just felt compelled to write this review. I highly recommend Prime Street. Yes it’s all the way in White Plains, but it’s worth the flight.“

“After checking into the Hampton Inn next door for our family reunion, my wife and I decided to walk over to Carrabba’s for dinner and we’re so glad we did.

We chose to sit at the bar and ended up having a great experience. We met A.J., the bartender, who was friendly and easy to talk to. We’re originally from Jersey and he’s from New York, which sparked a really good conversation and made the evening even more enjoyable.

The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor which is exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. The atmosphere was comfortable, and everything was clean and well organized, making it a relaxing place to unwind.

If you’re staying at the Hampton Inn or just passing through Waldorf, I definitely recommend stopping by. Great food, great conversation, and an all-around enjoyable experience. We’ll be back the next time we’re in town!“

“Already planning on going back. Just had a pizza, and had to leave quickly but was very good and not too expensive. Inside is nice, server was excellent and spoke to owner. A winner, and looking forward to going back and trying the rest. Solid place.“

“Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. After our food was delivered, our server never returned to check on us or make sure we had everything we needed. We had to ask for items that should have accompanied the meal, including syrup, one of our side dishes, and water for the table.

The lack of attention continued throughout our meal. Dirty plates and used utensils remained on the table, even after one person had finished eating, yet no one made an effort to clear them, leaving the table cluttered and making the dining experience feel neglected.

When it was time to leave, I requested a to-go container for my remaining food. Although I was given the container, I was not offered a bag, so I had to carry it out by hand.

Good customer service isn't just about bringing food to the table—it's about checking on your guests, making sure they have everything they need, keeping the table clean, and ending the meal with the same level of care with which it began. Unfortunately, none of that happened during our visit.

My family and I ordered the Meat Magnífico pizza and it looked good but the meat felt over cooked, but it was still an alright pie, overall. The next thing we ordered were these garlic Vocelli Rolls which on a scale 1 to 10 I’d probably give it a a 7.8, cause they were good but I didn’t feel like they were cooked all the way through, also the cheese which was also on them felt they it was too much. Lastly we also got an order of wings and they were dry, hardly any sauce on them, and there was no flavor to them, so I was not happy with those at all. 50-50 if I’ll give this place another shot, but if I do hopefully I’ll have a better review of this place.“
