“I stumbled across the Reserve from an advertisement i saw online about a past karaoke brunch event that was had there. From there i went straight to yelp to read reviews and everything was positive across the board from the service, dining experience, food and atmosphere.From the positive reviews i pulled up and met the owner Phil who kindly showed me both room and packages i could get to accomdate a space for my sisters 40th party and feed 30 people. I was sold on the large lounge area Phil created with the beautiful grass walls, large mirrors, french crystal chandelier lights and an plug in ready dj sound system.I am a worrier naturally so i would call and text the owner to make sure everything was going to be up to par for the party. Every request I made to Phil, he made it happen. From the small things to moving tables and furniture to have more room to requesting additional menu items last minute it was the easiest planning party experience i've had. Only thing i did was put up a few balloons around the grass walls, we set up a backdrop photo booth and had the best 40th karaoke dj party and everyone had a blast!After my event every guest came to me and said they enjoyed the vibe, atmosphere and mostly the food. They were very ecstatic on the fresh crispy chicken, mac and cheese, fish, salad and homemade dressing that came along with it. Up to this point i had never tasted Phil's food i went off the reviews off of google and yelp of real people spending their money and giving honest reviews. Let me tell you 'The Reserve' is a southern hidden gem. The food is one of the best soul food places in baltimore and i am a picky eater, the chicken melts in your mouth, the mac and cheese will be the first thing gone off your plate and every option on the menu is great to try.Thank you Phil for delivering a wonderful service and giving me and my guest a great experience for my sisters party, the ambiance was perfect, the food was excellent and I had a wonderful experience overall and i have referred them to a few people and will be back personally to eat so yal check this place out :)Kid-friendliness: I have a 1 and 3 year old and they were very much accomdating with plenty of space“
“They have the best chicken sandwiches I've ever tasted. Can you please add Original Chicken Butt sandwich on Grubhub or Ubereats? “Amazing Hand-cut halal spot in the area; my wife & I moved to Ellicott City recently and this restaurant has been our go to ever since.In the past few months the menu has expanded and the interior ambiance has vastly improved.Shout to out my man "Money" working the kitchen.“
“The food was great. It's fast food.. so five stars for fast food... not fine dining. Everything tasted fresh. The employees were efficient. Not super friendly but effective. There weren't a lot of places to sit so it's probably better to go when it's not a commonly busy dining time.“

Sandwich lacked the seasoned hot oil you see with a traditional NHCS. The crisp on the batter was on the lighter side. The chicken breast itself lacked a sort of signature spice that would let you know that’s it’s not plain chicken.? ?: 4.7 of 5.0 * Onions tasted fresh, had a light batter and had good flavor. If I’d been able to eat them there they likely would’ve been higher.?: 4.9 of 5.0. If you come with the expectation that the fries will have any crispness to them like I did you’ll be disappointed. BUT if you let that part go you’ll have a really good experience. I’m sitting here regretting AND NOT regretting how much of those fries I ate. “I’m from Jersey. I was on my way back from Virginia and wanted some fried whiting. So I googled it and found this place. I ordered the fried whiting platter with black eyed peas and macaroni. I also ordered 2 fried wings. Let me tell you, it was some of the BEST soul food I’ve ever had! Everything was seasoned to perfection! I’m definitely going back even if the drive for me is 2 hours. To the owners of this place, please stay consistent and don’t change your recipes cuz you have a winner on your hands with your food!“
“If you're looking for Panda Express, this spot is not for you. But if you're a fan of amazing fried rices, pepper steak, egg foo yung, cheesesteak egg rolls and etc. This spot is for you! I had the shrimp yat gaw mein ( some places call it yak) with extra boiled egg. Belly filling delish. Yes, I ate it right out of the container. LOL. The noodles were cooked perfect and the gravy, savoryyyyy. I also had the shrimp egg rolls. Yes, it had more than 1 shrimp in it. ;) crispy, hot and tasty. I'm not gone lie, some of the best food is from spots with plexiglass pay windows.“

DELICIOUS - fried perfectly, not too much.You get a mouthful of tender white meat, not filler. I can't say enough and encourage ditching the drive-thru chicken and try FRIED CHICKEN AND FISH (Security Square Food Court).*****************************************I had the fried chicken sandwich combo (fries and a drink) for 6.99. WHAT a DEAL! The chicken was crispy and juicy AND had to be at least 6 ozs plus. The sauce was great, fries tasted fresh, not generic frozen. For 6.99 you can't beat the quality or quantity. I'll update with photos next time. They also offer fish rather than chicken - SAME PRICE!“
“Had great service at this location today! Connoll was the team member who took care of me and he was great. Helped me with my order assisted me with getting my kids situated to eat. Great food and great location. Very clean and in a nice area.“

“Everything here was absolutely perfect. The chicken is fried perfectly crispy while still being juicy inside. The bulgogi and kimchi on the poutine was seasoned perfectly. All of the severs were attentive, kind, and actually cared that we had a great experience. Although the food is a little bit pricey it was delicious.“
“Yall this is the only chick-fil-a that I know of that actually has a play area! I've been bringing my boys here often these last what maybe 2 months and I have to say.. I can still get my work done while they eat and play safely in my eyesight. EVERY single time that I've been here and dined in someone from the staff has always made it their business to come and greet us, and offer refills or anything else we might need at the moment. This is super appreciated. This location is definitely recommended 5 star rating ? because if my kids are happy comfortable and safe, so am I. ?“
“They have pretty good selection of menu, especially breakfast. Whenever the lady doing orders, she'll not get all the order right or something missing which causes confusion or her not understanding English very well. Other than that it's better than most of the run down restaurants near by.“

The lady who brought out the food was kind (it was unfortunately a rainy day and I thought I had gotten there in a rain-free moment, but it started right back up as soon as I clicked “I’m here”, so I felt bad for making her come out in the rain, but that had no impact on her kind demeanor and she still had a smile on her face).“
“Customer service is bad they are so rude I ask my daughter to ask one of the workers if they are opened and the worker gave her a stair down and talked to her rudely this kfc is horrible never going there Again. Do not recommend. Kfc do better. They said they were going to open at 10:30 then we got there they said they open at 11:00 (who opens at 11:00 ) I am so annoyed her face looks like a chewed gum“
