They offer chicken by the quarter, half and or whole with a variety of sides. I really enjoy their chicken. I come here mainly for that. Sides are okay, however very generous portions.Only pay street parking is available. This is the only set back about coming here......the availability with street parking.“

“One of the best CFA in Baltimore to go to. The one by Eastpoint service is slower and feels humid often. While the one in the inner harbor is always packed(understandably) but still fast service. I remember ordering through the mobile app at the inner harbor CFA sitting down and having a security guard pester us about our non CFA drinks my sister and I had while we waited on our food to arrive with no apology afterwards a while back. ANYWAY at this CFA I have no complaints. It's always clean, the employees are always polite and fast, I have never waited over 4 minutes for my food. It's always hot and consistent in taste. Really if anyone has a problem with customer service here I think it's on the customer ?“

“One night each week while my kiddo is at gymnastics, my boyfriend and I cheat on Hello Fresh and go to Bubbakoo's Burritos.This place always has excellent service; the staff will take time to explain their app, offer suggestions... but as we became regulars, they remember things before we have to remember them, little things like I'll need a to go box because I'll never finish my bowl, that I am going to ask for extra cheese, that Andrew will always ask for an extra queso, down to when I travelled for work, they asked where I was/if everything was okay. We definitely get excited when we see our favorite staff members, too!These small things make the whole experience so personalized. They're phenomenal. Thank you all for being terrific!“

This might be my third time here. I usually get the cheesesteak lunch special that comes with a drink and fries ($13). I'm glad they were busy because the staff appears hard working and the food here is very good. The cheesesteak roll was soft and chewy, and the oils and grease did not seep through. I got onions and provolone and as you can see from the photos, the sandwich was hot and fresh, with a nice stretch from the cheese. The fries had a nice color, crispy on the outside, but soft and chewy on the inside. This meal hit the spot. There is plenty of seating inside CSM. Come to Steve's for a great satisfying meal at a reasonable price.“

I could tell they had their act together.Orders were taken with efficiency. Two double shack burgers with fries and two chocolate shakes. The total of $65 with tax and tip was a big ouch!The meals pushed out within 10 minutes. Everything hot and tasty. The parking lot is shared with dunkin so on weekends it's hard to use. “The food is tasty and they are pretty quick with their service. They now have a self ordering kiosk which we haven't used but plan to next time. I only gave the atmosphere 3 stars because it's not much for atmosphere. They have a few tables to sit and eat but I never used them. Mostly sit and wait. Overall they give you a decent amount of food. If you have a lot of orders they give you a box to carry your stuff out. But that was recent due to the plastic bag ban.“
