This small family-owned shop is located near the Rockville Town Square. Known for their rolled ice cream, but also frequented for their Thai bubble teas. This place has good ice creams. Whenever we are in the area having dinner, this is a definite stop.Parking is a little cramped here so the two times we parked at a nearby parking lot.Now they have an electronic ordering system and you choose your flavors. I took the mad mango and loved it.

I ordered the same thing again with different toppings-- the Strawberry Lady consisting of strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, marshmallows, and fresh strawberries.
