They are the friendliest family owned business in Montgomery County. The Rockville location is always packed and yet the owners and employees are patient. I was treated so kind and taken care of perfectly. I 100% recommend to anyone in a 50 mile radius to make the trip.

The best ice cream and Italian ice spot in the area by far! I've been coming here for a few years and it is simply unmatched, the staff are wonderful, the food is divine, and the community shows out in droves on the regular for sweet treats galore! I cannot recommend Carmen's enough, especially on the 8th of each month, when a wonderful deal is regularly offered!

The ice cream here is decent, but in my opinion it’s a bit overrated. The place looks nice and is usually busy, so I had high expectations. The flavors are good, but nothing really stood out as amazing. It’s not a bad place to stop by if you’re nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way just for it.
