He roasted a pound of the Mexican coffee I chose to the roast level I desired. It was perfect. You can see in the photo that the roast was uniform and perfect, in all aspects. The coffee itself was a super high quality and brewed up a perfect cup at home. This Mexican bean had a nice nutty hint and rewarding flavor that lingered pleasantly. I can hardly wait to return and have more coffee freshly roasted to my own tastes. Finally!! Most highly recommended.“
