About Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Based on the reviews, Potbelly is an excellent sandwich shop with very nice staff and great experiences with their food. The BLTA was so good, with onions and mayo suggested to enhance the sandwich, and jalapeños on the side added the perfect touch. The iconic shakes are fantastic, and everything is done with love. All three sandwiches were made promptly to order with generous portions, and some cookies given to try were amazing. The store manager once drove to a home to deliver a catering order after Doordash forgot to pick it up, showing impressive dedication. However, one location's hours are completely wrong, and it needs more staff to open regular hours. Despite this, the food is always great, and the service is quick and perfect.
