Shilla Bakery is a delightful find for anyone craving authentic and delicious baked goods. They have a fantastic selection of sweet and savory treats, with some truly unique options that set them apart. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the staff was so friendly and happy to explain the different items. While the quality has declined in some areas, with classics like manju and red bean bread still being fine, the pastry selection is not as interesting as it once was. The bingsoo, available in red bean or fruit flavors, was decent, but the parking situation at the Rockville location may deter some customers from returning. This has recently become a favorite local bakery, offering a wide variety of pastries, delicious roll cakes, and bubble tea. The staff and atmosphere were nice and fast, and the baked goods were liked, with the cake being loved; the staff showed time, attention, and generosity.
