J’s Asian Street Food is a gem. The Chinese food is truly authentic, prepared with high-quality ingredients, and every dish tastes fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. The popcorn chicken was fantastically seasoned. The spring rolls were crisp. The braised pork rice is a very nice alternative, and the rice was amazing. The boba is the most consistent in texture and flavor, and the Osmanthus Tea and Rose Milk Tea are favorites. A avocado smoothie with 50% sweetness was perfect, smooth, and not too sweet. Drinks are a standout, with tea brewed with real leaves. Staff is friendly, fast, and efficient. The owners are incredibly welcoming, kind, and personable. It’s a small, family-owned shop with a warm atmosphere and no stress. The food comes out fast. The take out containers are great for group orders. Some of the tables and floor could be better, but overall it’s a good hole in a wall type shop.
