“Staff is amazing, always pleasant and helpful. They never turn you away! The staff always try to make it work if they’re sold out of a particular flavor, which is appreciated. Cookies are good! The only issue I really have is the floor back there where they’re baking is always dirty whether they’re just opening or about to close.“

“I ordered cupcakes for my son's high school football homecoming game. Wanted a little something for the football players before the game and boy did Kelley's Kitchen deliver. The boys LOVED the cupcakes and I loved how they looked! I requested the school colors and when I picked them up, I was thrilled with how they looked. LOVE working with this amazing woman and this amazing company every chance I can get.“

“Today is 02/01/2025, 2:18 pm. I went there to get Bolillos, there was a family who had taken all, about 20 pieces, when the fresh got out, they return all the bread they already had to get a fresh bread (thats what they said) they asked an employee if they can change it and the employee said: if you want. That is a nasty thing to do because they had already manipulated the bread and now someone else will take that bread. The owner should educate the employees that no bread should be returned once a customer already touch it. Other than that I recommend this place but that was a very unsafe ans unhealthy thing to do.“
“Great floral department...my "go-to" always for arrangements. I've never had an issue shopping there. Staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. Some aisles can be crowded but, overall pleasant place to shop.“
“Delivery Service...For the Second time in a month,was delivered out dated items and bread/rolls are smashed AND YOU PAY A DELIVERY FEE FOR THIS SERVICE!!!Customer service(after 32 minutes) the first time says it will never happen again! But yet this is the SECOND time and 25 minutes on the phone with customer service.The point of a delivery service is so you don't have to go to the location!“
“I popped over to Safeway in Waldorf looking for some car cleaner for my interior – you know, to prep for the big tea party on November 6th, celebrating our main man Trump! But would you believe, I ended up having to leave my prescriptions at another Safeway? Now, I've got those to pick up, plus I snagged some energy drinks. Bonus: there was a delightful sale on fresh Italian style pasta salad! Alas, I still couldn't find the car cleaner and, oops, I used up all my cash. Bummer, right?“
