“I'm a regular at Angelo's almost every Tuesday during the fall middle school and spring high school softball seasons. I stop there between the game I umpire and teaching religious education around the corner at St. Patrick's. I will say that the quality at Angelo's is outstanding. I usually do a combination cheeseburger sub or steak and cheese. They are excellent. Plus, the fries are real fries that come out of the deep frier nice and crispy. I often will treat my religious education class to pizzas from Angelo's and they always tell me it's good pizza. Finally, they have Little Gina's pizzels. They're an Italian cookie my Italian mom would make and they are exactly like she would cook them. So, if you want some great pizza or sub plus some really crispy fries, I highly recommend Angelo's. Maybe I'll see you there some Tuesday!“

“My wife and I are native New Yorkers, i.e, Pizza Snobs. We’ve lived in 3 states and the DMV. Wise Guy Pizza is authentic. Full stop. Just the right amount of oil on top, the pepperoni was perfectly flat, unlike some at imposter pizza places where they lay like mini saucers. The crust is simply New York - the crust thin and soft, not like other “thin crust” imitators that tastes like cardboard. The only complaint is the sausage: little rectangle strips rather than small round pieces. However, they were tasty.
We are happy to finally, after 40 years of searching, find real NY pizza. Note: Where were the Black & Whites?“

“Listen, to be quite honest if I could give this bar 17 stars I would. The bars of yesteryear, you can come in get yourself a nice tall boy and a shot and not spend over $40 are gone. But this place still holds on to the best kind of neighborhood bar tradition. The food here does what it needs to do. Only critique is that the pick up was confusing. It’s in the lobby of an apartment building and inside of chef Tony’s restaurant for the pickup.“

“We just got into town and first stop we ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and a LIFO salad. We went shopping at the Giant as they made our dinner. We decided to eat there and they provided plates and silverware. The pizza was as good as always with plenty of toppings and the salad was delicious and a very big portion. The next day we chopped the leftover salad and added garbanzos and black olives and enjoyed it again. I had leftover pizza for 2 breakfasts. Really friendly people and really good food. “After the Pizza Hut that was near us closed a number of years ago we switched to 'the other big chain' which was adequate but nothing special. This Pizza Hut opened in the last year or two and we didn't know that they had delivery. Well , today we ordered their pizzas and the apple pie's for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The flavor was sooo much better than you know who. AND.....even though the apple pies are smallish they taste just like the McD's apple pies tasted back in the 70's & 80's when they were crispy & delicious. So glad we saw that you deliver (now). “I love this Ledos most of all of them. Calazone are great. Chicken Parm is another favorite and their pizza is fantastic. Only concern is the 14 min projected time to have an order OUT - is not based on any current delay in the kitchen. I had to wait 20min After the 14min for my calazone to come out. “They do not play around with their chicken wings! I just crushed a 12 piece (half buffalo, half old bay) and I am very full and happy with my purchase. My first impression was “damn, these are some big wings!” Usually, I am skeptical with the wings from pizza places because they are pretty small, not throwing shade on dominos but if you want a small chicken wing, go to Dominos not Flippin. Anyways, after my initial analysis of the size of the wings I thought to myself: “These might be a little dry due to the shear size of every wing (there was not a single small one, drums and flats were all a great-sized wing) but they were tender and flavorful, the meat practically fell of the bone. I started thinking in gospel while I was eating them like “Lawd hebbins mm mmmm!!” I will definitely be returning!“
