I went in the other day and my experience was pretty good. the staff was nice, they greeted me at the door and was very respectful. As far as the food they have a short selection of different breads. I would love to have the multigrain or honey oat but have yet to see them in the store. The best thing in this store in my opinion are the oatmeal raisin cookies. I called the Severn MD location to ask if they took EBT. I get there, have my subs made..get to the reg to ring up and I'm told they don't take ebt. I let the ladies know that I called about 45 mins prior to my visit and was told something different. Then of course they all stared at me like a deer in headlights. Just grabbed lunch from here. I always order a veggie sandwich, and I really appreciated that they confirmed my order and switched out their gloves before handing my food without me asking. Above and beyond, when they were packed with 10+ in line.
