By far the very best in the business. I come here every morning and I am never disappointed. The team here rocks the drive through like it’s nobody’s business. I’ve never seen a line of cars move so quickly. Inside is just as impressive. Every time I come here (every day between 8:30 and 9:00 am) the team is showing nothing but hustle and pleasant attitudes. This location is the Golden Standard of fast and efficient service. Recently my keys were stolen from the counter at this Dunkin on University Blvd in Silver Spring. Ana and Patty were so helpful to review video footage to see when the keys were stolen, and shared video with police officer. Their concern and professionalism were above and beyond their responsibilities. Good people still exist and especially at the Dunkin. Go there and support this location you won’t be disappointed.
