In addition to the chips and anything fried being extremely greasy, the service is way unsatisfactory. Not only did our waiter ignore our requests for no sour cream, but they also charged us (we were only 3) with a 15% gratuity NOT LISTED ANYWHERE. We asked for that charge to be reversed, they said they would but they did not. The waitress also got our beer order wrong. The experience is that the service personnel does not listen to customer requests. I will never go back to this...read full review
