Panera Bread in Silver Spring

“been a Panera fan for a while so I expect a good experience, but at this point I don’t really expect to be impressed. This particular location has become a regular spot for me. The staff there is consistently friendly and my orders are accurate 99.99% of the time. I often get veggie sandwiches and I really appreciate that they are generous with the veggies. That .01% where I did have an issue, I called and spoke with the manager Evan and he immediately offered to fix it Another manager was on duty when I went in, but there was no hassle and she went above and beyond to make it right. I’ve also encountered other managers/leads who also seem eager to just take care of you. It’s an attitude that trickles down to the cashiers, the prep and the cleaning staff as well. Because of my background, I’m pretty sensitive to customer service and I notice the extra efforts they take to make customers feel special (not just me). That said, I have to say they’ve impressed me over the past few months.“

“I want to thank the staff and managers at Panera Georgia Ave for catering for 100+ staff and delivering it on time to my facility in Adelphi MD in less that 24hrs and everything was fresh and package well. I woke up at 3:30am and realize that it's the last Friday in the month and I did not order food for my monthly employee appreciation and retention. You were my saviors and you rock, I will never forget today you are A++ in my book.“
