Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Silver Spring

“I had an excellent experience at the Popeyes on Lockwood Dr in Silver Spring. From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless. The restaurant was very clean and well-organized, both in the dining area and at the counter, even the restrooms. You can tell the team takes great pride in keeping the place in top shape for their customers.
The staff service was outstanding. Every employee was kind, attentive, and quick when taking my order. I felt welcomed the entire time. I especially want to highlight the managers, because they are clearly doing a fantastic job. Their leadership shows—there’s a great atmosphere among the team, they communicate well, and everything runs smoothly.
And of course, the food was amazing. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and had that signature Popeyes flavor that makes them stand out. Everything I ordered was hot, freshly made, and well-presented. The biscuits were soft and flavorful, the mashed potatoes were delicious, and the sides were well-prepared. You can tell there's care in every detail.“

“The chicken tastes like it was delivered the same day. Refried without the greasiness. The pickles are crispy the bacon 🥓 is cooked well done no fatty bits cheese isn't melted but it's on the sandwich. Im not sure if every restaurant is supposed to use gloves 🧤“
