Frozen custard is way better than Carmen's or any ice cream - well Blue Bell Vanilla comes close! Love the frozen custard almost all the ways it is offered. But the chocolate chip cookie sandwiches ruin it. I have been going to this Rita's location for many years now, and I have never had a complaint until today. I've always primarily seen the same two women working no matter when I stop by. I'm always greeted with a smile, and my treat always hits the spot. Today I was very disappointed not with my Italian Ice, but with the service. Per usual, I was greeted with service with a smile.
