“My fiance and I dine out often. We dine here and many other places pretty frequently. I had the special salmon and asparagus yesterday. I have to say that is the best salmon, or meal for that matter, that I've ever had. The food is always great, but that was over the top. I hope they keep that on the menu permanently.“

“Our server Alex(that's the name on the receipt) is an absolute gift to the service industry. He was an amazing waiter, great personality, and went above and beyond to explain to another customer what the menu said. We ordered the scallops and steak, both were absolutely amazing. Awesome environment, great food. A+ If you go to any restaurant, please take the time to read what the menu says as it pertains to charges. This was my first time there and I understood the menu. Another customer who had allegedly been there multiple times before had to be explained how a menu works, AND that pre-tip actually meant "before the tip". We will be back from Virginia for sure in the future!“

What a wonderful group of folks, from the time we got there to the time we left we felt like part of the group. I even give you two free drink passes when you arrive for their very nice pub bar. I had to write and tell you what a fantastic experience we had. Hannah was our server and she was a shining example of hospitality and great service. Not over bearing but there to see what we needed or how things were food wise. She alone would be our reason for coming back. But the food was absolutely incredible. From the hush puppies, wings, crab cakes and blackened chicken, everything was cooked to perfection and tasted incredible. Not normally dessert eaters, Hannah sold us on two of your deserts! The apple cobbler and tiramisu cheesecake! Again, both were flawless. Please share this with your BOH staff as I know they are often overlooked and of course we sing our praises to Hannah! “Even though the weather was cloudy and rainy on this late September day, our group received a warm welcome and we were served professionally and with a smile. The food is personally cooked by the owner, who also came out to greet us. The entire meal was delicious, but the conch chowder was one of the best I've ever had and a perfect choice on a rainy afternoon overlooking a lovely harbor. I highly recommend this hidden gem!“

“Here's the thing--I really wanted to give this place five stars. There is a clear honest effort with the food (I got a chicken fajita bowl). The bowl was good, ingredients were fresh, but some variables felt awkward (chunks of peppers that could be more thinly sliced). The salsa needs some help, it was a bit bland and not a hint of spicy which feels crazy to even say because I'm a weak one when it comes to spicy food. The cheese dip fell flat (or thick for a better word). And it didn't have any peppers. Didn't feel like true queso dip since it lacked flavor and texture. With all of that in mind, I would still come back due to the quality of the ingredients in the actual meal. I'm all for supporting small businesses, so I'd definitely make a trip back. Bonus points for the music! It was a good mix of early 2000s music“

“Today was our first time trying China King. They made a small mistake and fixed it right away that right there is enough to make me a repeat customer.

The egg rolls are fantastic, dumplings are delicious, my general tso’s was perfect, pepper steak was tender and the fried rice was out of this world.“

“This was our 1st visit & 1st time hearing of this place; we're out of towners & were visiting our daughter (an SMCM student) who chose this restaurant. The smells emanating from their kitchen to the parking lot were so delicious & enticing, who wouldn't wait for a seat? After a short 10 min for a table & not long after being seated, the server got our drink orders. My only issue w/ the server was that she kept running off before we were finished ordering or could even ask a question, she was nowhere to be seen except on the few occasions she came to check on us, yet we repeatedly had to ask for drink refills. When you see empty glasses on the table-why not ask if they'd like a refill? I guess it frees you up to not be running for drinks & saves them $$, but when you're spending your hard earned $$ in there, you don't wanna leave thirsty. The food arrived fairly quickly & was hot. My daughter got the meatloaf & I got a cheeseburger; they had to be an entire lb. each, no exaggerating; but the other portion sizes were enough to sate the avg appetite, and no leftovers. But everyone enjoyed the food, we had cheeseburger & meatloaf to take home. The prices were pretty avg for this type of restaurant. I'd definitely go back again.?

Parking: The lot is kinda small & on the weekend parking can be tricky @ dinner time. May have to wait for someone to leave or park in a different, further lot.“

“We had dinner there this evening, and everything was great. The server was so sweet and helpful. She helped one of our kids with us to figure out what sushi he actually wanted. She was on top of it with drinks, food, boxes and cleanup. The chef was fantastic! He was funny, talented in his skill and the food was delicious. We were told at the end that he was the owner, which made the whole interaction even better. He took the time to do his job and talk to us, all while getting ready to feed a party of 80 people. I highly recommend this place!“

I contacted Guest Relations on Thursday, confirming in Person on Friday, confirmed Catering on a Saturday, & had the physical Ten years Young B-Day party 🥳 on Monday 24Nov25. The Store Manager must have seen the panic on my face. Inclement weather in bound, Solomons park not feasible for a party. Last minute moving in doors, strict budget. Mom wants to thank all kiddos that arrive with a $5/6 dollar thank you gift 💝 from the CB store. Manger so personable & helpful, the kind Gentleman's name is Khari/Kari? I walked through what I believed a group of TEN ravenous energetic boys plus parents would need. The Holiday Berry punch tea (Adults table) was delicious, want to use as a base for cocktails 🍹 at some point. Pitcher of Lemonade for the kids. Platter of sliders X2. No problem with me bringing in cupcakes 🧁 with candles, budget saver. IN THE MOMENT, added a tray of Crispy Dippers. Three of the B-Day boys friends, don't like burgers 🍔. So much chicken on the tray, everyone got two pieces. We were the back corner of the restaurant. A table for gifts & logistical setup. A kids table, a two tables consisted of the Parent Table. Napkins, cups, plates, goodies bags, balloons, coats dump. We brought table wears for Birthday theme & easier recycling ♻️, wasn't going to have some poor soul washing what this ravenous crowd put away other than pitchers of drink. Long table made of three he personally pushed together. We have never had more than two guests show at any previous party 🎉 because of close proximity to travel holiday. We had ten sitting at the tables with the Birthday boy. Also room for platters & cupcakes, out of reach until time to plate & share. When my lighter failed to ignite, manager let me borrow bic from fireplace. Also handed me a cup with an inch of water. When the candles kept re igniting... Into the cup they went, he obviously has done this before. Unbeknownst to Mom/Dad older siblings had swapped B-Day candles for trick candles. While kids were playing with bouncy blow up balloons awaiting arrival of last guest (I was stalling for time) several cups were knocked over. Mya B our Hostess/Server didn't miss a beat... extra napkins at the ready. Didn't know at the time but Happy Birthday 🎊 Napkins shred like confetti 🎉 when wet. When amped up on B-Day Sugar, she placed pitchers of water front & end of table so the wolf pack could detox. All told, food/Drinks, was $80!! This included location, staging, prep time, hearding cats to rest room. Male head unknown to me, Female Head immaculate. Also the hour plus it took for Ten Boys to pick under $7 toy. The apologies continued to flow. All staff helpful, kind, understanding, consummate professionals. I need to return as every visible trace we tried to remove of our being there a ketchup got swept up into the carry out boxes. Catering came with lids which were stackable perfection for leftovers. This Veteran Momma with a port and an MBC diagnosis knows that birthdays are precious, not guaranteed, & fleeting. So thank you 🙏🏽 to the army of everyone that made this possible. Even the dinner guests on the other side of the restaurant were so thoughtful to wish him Birthday Blessings 🗽🕊️⚓️🎗️This will be an Inside Out, core memory I will forever cherish. I had some complications with my phone order and some issues that I faced upon picking up the order. In the end, I was beyond satisfied and taken care of by manager Tara. This woman is incredible as she listens to her customers, discerns the best way to handle the situation, and then she immediately implements a resolution! I am so impressed with this manager and because of her I will continuously come back to Red Robin because I know that even when something doesn't go exactly as planned, the restaurant has my back in the end! There will always be things that are going to happen when dining out, but how an issue is resolved is the most important piece to the puzzle.
