“It was my first time going to this place , the staff can try to be more welcoming and pleaseant and help they clients to order , I had to take my mask off to speak and let them know what i wanted and as i was ordering I felt like i was being rushed to order , the food was tasting but tge owner needs to change the way the food is charged , I was charge for each separate item this is not a place where you order yourself a complete meal for a full charge , the food was delicious but I would not go back and another turn off in the bakery area they had flies around the sweet bread .“

“This place was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I was able to try the bakery out! I ordered a custom cake for a family member who was coming into town for her birthday. I ordered a round vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. it was ready in two days, just in time for when I needed it. The store is huge. I ended up picking some cupcakes out as well- red velvet, snickers, strawberry shortcake and chocolate/vanilla buttercream. I was impressed with the cake although I thought the writing could have been a little bigger. Everything tasted absolutely delicious!! I would come back again for future cake needs!“

There is a sign in Spanish with instructions, but if your native language is something other, the process is to grab a clean tray and tongs, line the tray with the paper provided, and use the tongs to retrieve items from the display cases. We went pretty late in the evening, so it was nit as busy as during the day...yet everything was still fresh. Great experience!“

“We consider ourselves conesures of cupcakes. Traveled the US and abroad tasting cupcakes. These were the very worst. Customer service is terrible. Sprinkles, Georgetown, and Heaven Sent Cupcakery Cupcakes exceeds these by leaps and bounds and they all have EXCELLECT Customer service. Oh and their cupcakes are half the price. Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.“

There is some parking by the side of the building for maybe 2-3 trucks and some along the fence. Kind of tight parking lot. Park and ring door bell at shipping receiving door, if no one answers then call the number they'll tell you what door to back into once they open the garage doors. Back in with doors open.
