My friends and I went to Motorkat today after attending a play in Olney. Mikey was our server and was a stellar server. He was friendly yet professional. We came in with an appetite. We started with the smoked salmon and artichoke dip. The portion size was nice, and the chunky texture and flavor fit well with the Saltines. We went for oyster fest. All the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered: 18 raw oysters, wood char grilled oysters, mussels, watercress salad and the branzino. Eveything was amazing and Johnathan was great.
Solid 4.5 star experience. I started with 4 stars for the food, even though it deserved 4.5 easily. The curried fried chicken was delicious. The curry sauce could have used a touch more salt for the flavors to come together, and I'm stingy with a five star for food rating. I will definitely eat here again and I look forward to trying other dishes on the menu.
