“I love Baja Fresh in general, and this place is A+. Employees are friendly, the place is clean, food is hot and excellent, so much better than other fast casual places that serve you Subway style. My only request is that somehow you bring back the Enchiladas Rojas trio especially around dinner time :-) Baja fresh is the only fast casual Mexican place that gives you enchies/burritos covered in sauce and they’re very good.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here! I got an order of chicken flautas and they came on a massive bed of lettuce, cotija cheese, spicy pickled veggies, and a quarter lime. Really well presented considering it was in a plastic container from a trailer! They were crispy and delicious. The churros are amazing, almost tasted like they were cream filled. The time before, I got a chorizo burrito and it was equally as delicious. The ladies cooking are friendly and quick. And you can fill up your gas tank, check your oil level, and clean your windows at the gas station while you wait. I'd add pictures, but my family inhaled the flautas before I could even unlock my phone.“

“Randomly driving through Timonium on our way back to PA we were looking for food. Fuentes showed with good reviews and we stopped. Now once a month (sometimes more) we drive an hour back to Timonium for amazing food. We’ve even brought family down here. The italian food is plentiful and tasty but the fish and shrimp tacos are our favorite. A lovely couple owns the place and they cook all the food and they’ve always been kind to us. We hope to come here for many more years.“

The first two drinks that I got were absolutely amazing, as they were custom-made. We also tried a flight of tequila, which was also very delicious. “I've been meaning to try this truck for weeks & finally made it there on 9/17. El Taco Loco was worth the wait! I had the Asada, Chorizo & Pork Carnitas tacos. All 3 were yummy but the spicy Chorizo was my fave. At $5.00 each, the 3 corn tacos were a bit small but made for a tasty late-day snack. My only complaint was that there was no red salsa, guacamole & sour creama to top them with. The owner chef did garnish each taco with avocado slices, but plain avocado has no taste -- I need guacamole! There was also a tiny (1 teasp. worth!) container of green sauce that tasted of avocados & tomatillos, but it wasn't anough to apply to 3 tacos! yours truly likes her traditional OG taco toppings. But overall, what I had was Delicioso! I will definitely be back to El Taco Loco very soon to check out the rest of the menu.“

“First experience had beef burrito it was phenomenal. The steak was so tender wrapped with cheese, lettuce, tomato sauces spices with a side of hot green chili sauce. This burrito had to weigh a pound and a half. For 12 $ it’s the best lunch deal out there“

“250828 - By the time we reached Sparks, the muffins had begun to take effect; we were low on fuel, having come off the highway, aware wet were close to ‘Empty’ in unfamiliar country. Nervously looking for a gas station, ambling along our way back to Canada after a week in the capital. Some said we were brave to visit, we never minded, soaked it all in, we were just there to check on our American cousins, see how y’all were making out in a rather turbulent time. Loved the rolling countryside and gorgeous homes in the area - hmmm…a preserve of the ‘horsie set?’ we thought. Now, even lower on fuel, we caught the sign and stopped at TFS. We surveyed the place, quirky storefront and round the back which felt surprisingly, decidedly chill. Straightaway, we struck up a conversation with a friendly physical therapist, because we’re that kind of chatty. Had a spontaneous, lovely and wide-ranging chat including the whole family. A delicious milkshake, I think a cookie, and couple washroom breaks later, our new friend sent us on our way to the Exxon down the way and a nearby turnoff to get us back en route to the north land. Felt really good to meet a kind helpful soul along the way, the kind of people we wanted to show the kids, and we somehow knew we would certainly meet on our drive into NY, PA, MD, VA, DC. Now back in the land of the silver birch, home of Lord Stanley’s sport and the ‘double-double,’ I am just reading about your late friend Rosa and how much she’d touched you all and your beloved TFS :) Nice lil place. “This poblano / krispy krunchy chicken location rules so hard. I stop in a few times a month and its walkways great. Everyone working is super nice and chill, the food is awesome, and when there’s anyone else in the sitting area it’s always really chill. If you order online make sure to double check the order when you pick it up, but they are super good of correcting any mistakes they make.“

Both were well crafted, the core proteins flavorful, the cheese, sauce and vegetables all extremely fresh, the shells hearty. The shrimp was especially fantastic, the seasoning didn't overpower its wonderful natural flavor, and the mild crumbled white cheese (queso fresco?) was a very nice compliment. The Taco al pastor was equally well made, and even more flavorful, with a unique blend of seasonings. While the seasoning wasn't my personal favorite, (slightly sweeter than I would like, though not extreme, with I think a little bit of cinnamon?) I was still happy to eat it, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new flavor. Overall 5⭐ out of 5“

“I ordered brunch from here over the weekend and got the shrimp & grits. My food was delicious and the portions were big! While I was there someone else was picking up their food and they ordered a cheesesteak that looked so damn good! I’ll definitely be back for that. “Baleadas De Carne- almost like big salvadoran/honduran tacos. Insides are beans, spanish daisy like cream or sour cream and egg. Salvadoran cheese and steak ?. They hit every time . Nice fluffy fresh flour like tortilla . The cream and the cheese is what really compliments the taste. Mix of flavors. Cant forget the horchata(aka spanish cinnamon toast crunch milk drink; is what people refer it to for those who dont know.) ive been coming here for a while and will keep coming back.“
