“We went to dinner here this evening with a large party of 10. While we enjoyed our food and our server was great our overall experience was not 🤦🏼‍♀️. I don’t know if we just had an evening of bad luck or what. First after sitting there a bit a VERY large picture fell off of the wall directly onto me and my 18 month old daughter, then there was a gnat in our drink, and my dad walked outside and a piece of shingle fell off and hit him in the head. Like, I seriously couldn’t make this up. 🤣 like I said food was good and so was our waiter but I feel like a little more could have been done after the picture situation. A cupcake and free drink didn’t really cut it. Had it just fallen on me I wouldn’t have been so upset but the fact that it fell on my daughter made my soul leave my body. We will give it another shot at some point and chock tonight up to the full moon or something just be careful where you sit your kiddos.“

“Our table was not ready though our server motioned us to sit down while an extra table was added. No apologies, just: sit down, like we were inconveniencing her! Her attitude was approaching on rude. Orders were taken without comment, just looks. Soups were spilled onto saucers,no apologies. Coffee was served twice without spoons, containers were brought while people were still eating, same with bill. Everything was rushed, without a smile or occasional: can I get you anything or is everything ok? And why as a fine restaurant are you serving salad dressing in cheap plastic containers???“

“We went here while we waited for our table at a restaurant to be ready. The customer service was good. The food was good. It was a bar style place so the atmosphere was just that. The music was good. Only concern was that the menus had food and sauce on them from past guest.“

The bartender that came in after her didn't even ask if we wanted anything else and I set for 30 minutes waiting for my BFF to finish her drinks. “My go to spot when on jury duty. Stop in for a quick bite. Friendly and attentive staff. The pub was lively with live performance! Chili was delicious with nice touch of heat! Steamed shrimp were fresh, plump and seasoned with old bay, Bmore style! Ice cold Blue Moon off the tap! Nice treat my go to spot in Towson!😋“

“This is a very clean restaurant upon entering. I went here because there is a picture of me hanging in the store for decoration honestly. (Crazy right?) But I will come back now that I know how great this location is. The manager was visible if I had needed additional assistance, but I did not. The greeter was amused when I asked her where the specific picture was, and located it. The waiter met us at out table and was on point the entire evening. I never got his name but I tipped him extremely well for his efforts. Now, the food, was hot, and could not be anymore fresh if I had made it in my own kitchen. One of the best burgers in my life (which I know that sounds crazy, but it literally was perfection) even the fries were light, hot and crispy. The oil was fresh in the fryer (this makes such a difference) and the additional condiments I requested when ordering my meal were delivered before the meal arrived. That small bit of being so thoughtful sent me and my friend over the top. Go to this place. We went on a very busy Sunday evening. Maybe a local church had night service because so many patrons were dressed up, but the waiter just kept moving the entire time. This was a great birthday experience for me. Thank you again.“
