“I got a chicken quesadilla since we came in almost right before the kitchen was about to close. It was okay. On a scale from 1-10 I’d give it a 7/10. Believe it or not some quesadillas just aren’t that good, this one was missing flavor. I wish I took a picture because it looked so good but literally didn’t taste like anything. Yes you can add your own salt but literally it tasted like nothing. The drinks were 8/10.“
“We went for the first time and already can't wait to go back. Everything we had was amazing, especially the mac and cheese and the Peruvian chicken sausage. We even took some sausages home to cook later. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant and bar had a really good vibe with lots of local art. Seating is a little limited, but we had no issues during lunch on a Friday.“
“Perfect way to start AND end a night when visiting Maryland's best comedy club. If you're there with a tab an hour before the show, you can check-in early and skip the line for will call ? (Just ask one of the fabulous bartenders about pre-seating). At the end of the night, stop back in! You'll get half off your first round of drinks after every show! ?Tons of drink and food combinations to try including the "burger of the month", a new late night munchies menu, and so many bourbon and whiskey options to explore! ?And if you're feeling brave, you can try out your jokes at the bar's comedy open mics on Tuesday and Thursday nights.Love this place.Parking: Not just one, but two free parking lots (located on either side of the entrance). To top it off, the bar is walking distance from the Holiday Inn.“
“This is one of the top bars/foodie in Locust Point/South Baltimore Fort Avenue.Food is priced pre-pandemic when compared to competition.Portions are generous and well presented by courteous, friendly, visible, and attentive helpful staff. It does not smell like an old smoky bar and it is clean! Appetizers were huge with novel seasonings.Very friendly place to enjoy a holiday with family and friends. Plus, a Baltimore first has lots of nearby free safe parking!“
“I'm glad I was introduced to Shottis a couple years ago. I've never had a bad experience there. The food is amazing. The staff is attentive and friendly and quick to solve any problems you might have. I've yet to eat something that I didn't like. It's a great neighborhood bar with a perfect menu.“
“I have been in the neighborhood quite a few times and it is so lovely, friendly, little Spanish bar. It's located in Highlandtown I love their great deals. Free appetizer with the purchase of any two dinner. Monday to Friday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. 2 for 1 mix drinks Monday through Friday 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and best of all one free drink for ladies Sunday thru Thursday 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. that's my kind of place. It's a perfect venue for meal or simply a catch up with friends.“
“Interesting place near the harbor. It’s situated on the top floor of a non-descript brick building, which you have to take an elevator with a key code to get to. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and the tables were quite empty, but the bar full. A lot of the menu items were out of stock, but some gems were still there. Started with an Aviation for a drink which was undrinkable - bartender was really kind and I was able to switch it out for a bees-knees which was refreshing. Got the Shrimp and Grits for lunch which was very filling. Overall good place to grab some grub and some drinks- hope to try some of thr stuff that was out of stock some time.“
“4 hours before every Ravens home game, this place opens to the public for thw TAILGATE. They serve $3 beers, $5 shots, $7 crushes, pit beef/ham/turkey, hot dogs, sausages, crab soup, chili AND have a FULL SERVICE BAR inside the Firefighter's Union Hall that is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Plus, they stay open during the game to watch on the TV's. All tips, profits, and any other benefits are for the Widows and Orphans fund. This is a place to walk to for tailgating or to watch the game only. There is no parking.Parking: During the game, park somewhere else and WALK here. It is across the street from M&T stadium, and there is no dedicated lot.“
“Omg this place was all of that I’m 43 years old and I loved it, from game night to the .50 crabs. The bartender was very nice and the drinks where on point. I’m not from the area but I’m definitely doing back. PERIODT...... DON’T SLEEP ON THIS PLACE. Not to mention they have a 2nd floor that’s nice for parties and social gatherings.“
“This Bar is in an unique position, you can "Uber Eat" food to the bar while you purchase a drink or two. The bartender is cool. The ambience of this location is amazing. This is a favorite duck off spot. Hidden gem!Parking: Parking is tough.“
“Stopped in for lunch while staying in a hotel in the neighborhood. Had an awesome lunch with some brews. We chatted with the bartender our entire time there, who ended up being the owner - super awesome and kind guy! The vibes here were immaculate, with great service and a fun atmosphere. We will be back next time we are in town.“
“My wife and I stopped in on a Friday evening during happy hour to taste the food and experience the atmosphere of a place I've driven by hundreds of times. The bar area was almost full. We found two seats at the bar. The numerous TVs were tuned to the current sporting event at the time. Light conversation was occurring all around us. Our bartender tended to us quickly and got our drink orders promptly. I ordered off the regular menu as opposed to the happy hour menu. I ordered the Blackened Chicken Penne Pasta. It came in due time and was excellent. It's a large portion, so be prepared to undue the top button of your trousers or get a doggie bag. I'd definitely come here again, maybe to watch an O's game.“
“Visited at the recommendation of a local who said they served food until 2:00am ? The owners are ver welcoming, attentive and prepares dishes to order. It is a family owned business from Nepal and menu is exactly what you want to enjoy at your local bar. Wish I had tried this place sooner. The NY Strip and Apple Slaw hit that late night spot.“
“This place is a great neighborhood place. It's so laid back, and the owners really care about their customers. They have AMAZING burgers, and they started doing brunch on Sundays. Which is to die for. They always have such a great time while I'm here.“
“I wrote a long, painstakingly detailed review and the page refreshed and deleted everything ? so just take my word for it—food’s good hahaHad the short rib birria tacos, honeycomb guac, and coconut margs. All delicious and service was great. The end.“
“The talented bar staff is very friendly and attentive. Even though it was our first time there, we were treated like regulars by Davis and Anna. My husband and I really enjoyed our tasty cocktails and we are eager to try the food on our next visit. We will definitely be returning to this fantastic place.“
“There's a chaotic good energy here. The food is terrific. Highly recommend the gyro, which is actually incredibly juicy pork cooked on the grill. It's not the kind that is shaved off the Kronos meat cone. The Zorba's fries are like cottage fries and delicious. The service is a little hectic. They don't use a POS, preferring to yell the orders while in the kitchen, which honestly I love, but it does mean that some items didn't come out so we had to ask. Will totally return. Great food. Good people, and I got to watch them in the kitchen and Greek news at the same time.“
“I started going every to this bar about 5 months ago Friday night is karaoke. A very warm friendly bar. You can come alone & you will feel like you belong. The prices for food and drinks are exceptionally reasonable and very good. A good diversity of people. This is my go to place every Frida y to relax, let the work week go, chat, sing and laugh. A must go to place“
