“It really does not get any better than this! We arrived at 6:00 PM to enjoy Half Price Burger Night at the Rec Room. We were warmly greeted by Kelly. My husband had his favorite – a blue cheese burger with French fries. My brother and I decided to go big and order the Black n Blue Burger. He had his blackened – I had mine plain. Both were topped with melted Bleu Cheese Crumbles, Sautéed Onion, Mushrooms and Roasted Red Peppers. We both decided on Sweet Potato Fries with our burgers. The burgers we ordered were cooked and prepared to our specifications and were delicious. The fries were crispy, not greasy, and seasoned perfectly. Both Kelly and Rich took excellent care of us. We all thoroughly enjoyed our Burger Night at the Rec Room.“

“This place is great! The food was amazing! There are so many drink options, definitely something for everyone. We typically spend about $120 when we go out and we spent half that and ordered 4 different food items. Definitely don't pass up an opportunity to try this place!“

“This is a great space for private parties, with a separate area in the private lounge with pool and ping pong tables. Savannah was wonderful, handling orders from multiple people while making sure food ended up on one tab and drinks on another, and frequently checking in with us despite a busy bar. Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks, and if I was local to Baltimore, it would definitely be a regular meet-up spot for me!“

They do a lot to keep the customers happy and it's a great place to watch the games...Orioles, Ravens, Caps, etc. Karaoke on Sunday nights is the best; everyone always has a great time. The food was delicious, our waitress Bree was great, the general manager, Kirk, was one of my uncles best friends, thank you for your kindness! I never met the owner but I can tell he is an excellent person. Thank you to all of my uncles friends that cared so much for him & for Hightopps wonderful service and kindness as well. I give this place a 10 out of 10. It reminds me a little like Seacrets in OC. Love the atmosphere and outside is so pretty.“

“We went there on a humble for my son's Birthday. The food was delicious. The service was top notch. My aunt didn't like her food and the management went above and beyond to correct the issue. I will definitely eat there again and recommend. The atmosphere is very warm. I highly recommend.“

Our server Kasey was top notch, although extremely busy she continued to check on the table, was very personable, never seemed overwhelmed and really added to the great experience. “It is a ma and pa restaurant. Is carry out only there is no place to sit. The portions are huge. The food is really good... Well I've only had a couple things. I always get the four wing chicken box it comes with western fries. It is really good. I'm a person of habit so I've only ordered one thing. However I think the prices are very reasonable compared to other carry out restaurants in the area.“
