“We just got a snack and a drink, which were good, but the place seemed filled with a lot of regulars that were having a great time. The grassy area was perfect for my crawling baby too while we hung out so will def be back to spend some more time looking at the menu.“

“Harvest Thyme Tavern is one of our most favorite restaurants in the DMV, yet a neighborhood gem. We probably eat here more than most go out to dinner in a month. I admire the family ownership and commitment to running the establishment on a daily basis. The food is sourced from our local farmers and that’s just another reason we love this place. The quality ingredients make all the difference in the food and the cocktails. Burgers, fish, salads, pasta and pizza no one else comes close to. Everything here tastes amazing. Pam has desserts to die for, always a select menu and then she has daily offerings that will have you questioning which one to go for. Have no doubt you will love everything! Hands down the best Spicy Cadillac Margarita and that alone speaks volumes. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The staff is always accommodating, personal, professional and friendly. I love how the restaurant combines the old with the new and puts their own spin on popular dishes like the Big Kahuna burger and fried green tomatoes.

Personally, I’d prefer regular sliced pineapple on my burger, but otherwise, I love their Big Kahuna burger. Now all that it needs is a $5 milkshake, within reason, of course, ha ha! #PulpFictionFan

“People appear to know the personnel by name, the office park is conveniently located, and the service is quite friendly. My only complaint was that the order taker would sometimes try to assist the short order cooks in between orders, but he never wiped his hands or put on gloves after handling the register, which I'm sure hasn't been cleaned in years. Perhaps I'm the only one, but I find it unpleasant when strangers touch my sandwich bread with their bare hands ?“
