“Amazing customer service to go along with these AMAZING Desserts!!!“
“I've been meaning to write this review for a while now, so I'm a little late. 😊
I always experience a great visit when I'm at any Crumbl location, but this particular visit was outstanding, and it's all thanks to the store manager, Mr. DaShawn (I apologize if I misspelled his name). Not only were the cookies and treats delicious and fresh, but his customer service so well surpassed my expectations. It's not every day that you go into an establishment only to feel valued, respected, and cared for. He's one of the best managers I've ever encountered. Whoever is his higher up, please give him a raise or promote him--anything to make him feel recognized for his hard work and the honorable manager he is. I will definitely be back over and over again!
Thank you again, Mr. Dashon! 😊💛💖“
