Terrible service here. Orders are constantly wrong and often of poor quality when received. Ordering Kiosks are frequently out of paper or simply has no ink to print onto the receipt. Saw two managers conversing and informed them only to be yelled at. 2 weeks later kiosks are still not fixed.
JUST NASTY. found hair all in the food and than going to try to give me back 3$ 🤣🤣 such a joke. yall are nasty in there. great customer service to young black man he was patient and respectful. but yeah won’t be seeing me again.
Cancelled my order and didn’t even call to say why. New mcdonald’s sucks and they’re ALWAYS messing up the order
