Great sandwiches and made it my way also!
It took longer than expected to take my order. While waiting for food to be prepared, I got my drink. No lid available so I went to the counter... no one there for quite a while and everyone in the back just looked at me and ignored me. Maybe they all didn't speak English. Between the drive thru window, cashier, and cooks, there were 5 Hispanic women. While still waiting for my food, a manager showed up for her shift... another Hispanic. I love this Arby's and I eat here very regularly. The staff is very nice and friendly. Unfortunately today the pulled pork barbecue sandwich was inedible. I'm not sure what happened but it had a bitter taste. Not real sure but I had to throw it away it was so terrible. I am not one who normally would do something like that.
