My daughter and I stopped in this evening (me being exhausted 😴 ) to bring home dinner. The whole staff was super friendly and their customer service was on point!! Brought a smile to my face to experience a business that can still deliver great customer service.
Oh and the subs were on point 👌 😋

Firehouse Subs Crossroads Square offers delicious subs with fresh and tasty food. The owner and staff are polite, though there have been instances of mistakes in orders. The restaurant is clean, well-lit, and fully stocked, with new added sauces like the zesty garlic and scorpion sauce. While the experience is generally positive, some customers have noted issues with order accuracy and the restaurant being cold. Overall, the tasty subs and friendly staff make Firehouse Subs Crossroads Square a worthwhile visit.
