“Best bubble tea-- I've had bubble tea from every place that has ever offered it and I will say it is PERFECT and consistent every time. the coffee bubble tea is my favorite. The Vegetable Mei Fun is my go-to, along with spring rolls. I can't recommend this place enough!“

This was my first time ordering from Evergreen in Hagerstown and I was super impressed! Food was hot on delivery (Door Dash shout out) but more importantly the food was great, fresh and all of the dishes were very tasty and good. “Tried for the first time tonight - was very fresh and good options .Price was decent actually and for a small restaurant very good. Not sure why people are complaining about the price etc I mean it’s almost like people expect Buffet quantity for cheap. But again it’s Hagerstown so that says a lot as people seem to want a lot for nothing If that’s so than avoid. I eat sushi a lot and it’s VERY GOOD for the price ..“
“Chinese buffet. Really good food. Not a big buffet, but still lots of options, including some sushi. I have to say, the egg rolls were better than any I have ever had. Prices are great! Weekday lunch price was around $8.75 and dinner was around $10.75. All day Sunday was around $9.75. Soft drink or iced tea was only $1.99! Unheard of these days! Lemonade was a choice, so you could also have them make an Arnold Palmer. Definitely worth the price. Parking lot is small so that could potentially be an issue. It wasn't for us after church on a Sunday, but there were only a couple of spaces left after we parked. I can't say if turn-over took care of that issue or not. I highly recommend this restaurant for good Chinese food. We will definitely be back!“
“We have ordered from here twice and the food has been great both times. The shrimp egg rolls are very good. We have gotten Beef w/Broccoli and Cashew Chicken plus Shrimp fried rice and all of it have been fantastic. The prices are good and the service is wonderful.“

“There are many Chinese carryout restaurants, but Hong Kong Express in Hagerstown has a welcoming atmosphere to it. It's more of a fast casual Chinese restaurant. It has plenty of tables and seats for you to dine in. The wood dining furnitures are comfortable and of quality. It sets the tone for welcoming and comfort. The food is excellent!!! Full of flavors!!! The food servings are big!!! The price can't be beat!!! I was in Hagerstown on business, and just found my new favorite Chinese restaurant!!! “I was overnighting in MD and was in the mood for Asian food and found this place. It's very nice decorated and looks clean, the very young, handsome boy who I guess is in training to take over the family business one day took my order. He is very friendly. I asked him how long as I wanted to run to the supermarket next door he told me about 7 minutes when I came back my food was ready took it to my hotel and ate it and in the process took a note to self to keep this place in mind if am in the area. I would highly recommend this place for sitting and dining or take away. Sorry folks, the food tasted so good. I forgot to take a picture.
