“My wife and myself are on vacation from Scotland and touring DC, Maryland, Rhode Island, Cape Cod etc….. Last night (Wednesday) we stumbled across The Morgan Inn. I can honestly say that it is one of the nicest welcoming bars I have ever been in my life and I don’t say that lightly as I travel regular. The food is fantastic and the bar staff, chefs and customers were simply fabulous. There are too many people to mention and say thanks to as each person was as nice , welcoming and friendly as the next one. We arrived as total strangers and left feeling as if we had been customers and friends for years. We will most certainly be back. If you are in the area of The Morgan Inn don’t miss out. “T.J.’s Corner Grill is the best spot in Sykesville — steak and cheese is bomb, strong drinks, and a bartender named Trish who’s basically powered by caffeine and chaos. She’ll take your order, get distracted by a shiny object, and still somehow bring you exactly what you wanted. It’s part of the magic. Great food, good laughs, and service that’s equal parts heart and ADHD. Loose Cannon always on draft!“

“The food is fantastic. We all chose different items (ribs, steak, shrimp cilantro rice) but they all came out well plated, warm, and delicious. Reasonably priced, too. Each of the staff that came over were super polite and helpful. Well worth the drive.“
