“I might be too much of a traditionalist but...I had my mouth all set for red flannel hash, was really looking forward to the sweetness that only beets can provide...and unfortunately they used pickled beets :( The description said "beet slaw", so I had anticipated thinner slivers to be in the equation, - but not vinegar. So close to perfection! (sigh). Maybe next time they'll go "old school".”

The fish is reliably fresh, the sashimi is clean and delicate, and the signature rolls — especially the Miso Hungry — are well-balanced and deeply satisfying. Their cocktail menu is outstanding, and the sake list includes everything from approachable bottles to premium selections that show they take their drink program seriously.

The interior is warm and intimate, with a smart layout that gives every table its own space. The lighting is perfectly tuned — not too dim, not too bright — just the kind of low-key glow that makes a dinner feel relaxed and personal without losing any clarity. It’s one of those places where you immediately feel at ease.

The service has been excellent every time we’ve gone. The staff are professional, attentive, and clearly care about creating a good experience. We drive an hour to get here, usually once a month, and we’ve never left disappointed.

Located right by the water in the most inviting part of town, Satori fits naturally into the rhythm of Belfast — a place that already feels like classic coastal Maine. “normally I'd totally recommend DelVi os...they have amazing food, and normally the staff are incredible. today on a less then busy post lunch period I was asked to leave. I've been frequenting DelVinos for years. never had an issue and im always complementary... as is my nature. no reason given, just told to leave. not the best business practice in my oppinion.🤷😡”

“had lunch at Fon's today...it was outstanding in every way...Sweeney the waiter was so efficient and friendly, the spring rolls were light and crispy with a delicious dipping sauce, the entree was delicious!! the atmosphere is intimate with a great ambiance. 5 stars all the way!!”

“Last night we went to Wild Cow after the free concert in the park in Belfast. I asked if they were about to close and they said yes but they could let me order something. I ordered the chocolate hazelnut ice cream in a homemade waffle cone and it was DELICIOUS. No fillers just pure quality, great, complex chocolate flavor; the toasted hazelnuts added just the right amount of crunch. Worth seeking out when you’re in Belfast!”

The one thing that bothers me, is they are making customers pay an extra 9% on their bill to cover employees 401k (no joke, says it on the bill) the waitress told me it makes her very embarrassed when customers ask about the charge.. do better guys, SERIOUSLY!!”
